"The director and assistant director are always available to talk and handle any concern you have. They are very much hands on with in the classrooms which helps with drop off and pick up times. They have followed up with emails and if/when they see you they make sure to ask if you have any further questions, comments or concerns that you may have thought of since the last reply. Overall I am very pleased with both directors as well as Kelsey."
"My general experience has been great. We have been with the school through two children. The last year and a half, I have experienced a change at the school. No one is available to greet me in the morning at the front desk. The director is not friendly or easily available. I feel like I am an inconvenience. I worry that the center is more worried about numbers than about my child as a person."

"Our first 5 years were very good. Anything I complained of then was petty because there were so many positives that out weighed any negatives. The last two+ years have been a gradual decline in quality (staff, communication, education). I never considered leaving the school but it is no longer worth what we pay. There are other affordable options with higher quality staff. I’m not getting the same experience with my children now that I had previously. I used to whole heartedly recommend this location but sadly I would recommend with reservations today."

In speaking with other parents, this is a common concern that has not been addressed. Wish the director would take this into consideration more."
