"Infant A seems to be a little chaotic in the morning when staff are still making their way in. There have been a few mornings with 4-5 kids already in the room when we arrive and Amber is seemingly by herself still. Amber does an amazing just, but with this room being the main drop-off location for most kids, there should be additional resources available during peak drop off times."
"The teachers are fabulous and the curriculum was great preparation for our son in kindergarten and our 3-year-old, but the continuous increases in cost are hard to bear and we are not sure it is worth it."

"I would like to see a reduction of junk food being served to the children. I don't think a ton of food needs to be provided at parties. The amount of food that is served to the children for parties is excessive and gross. Adults wouldn't eat that much for a snack especially when it is cheese balls, cupcakes, cookies, etc. Too much! I think birthdays can be celebrated without junk food (parents comes to the school to read a book that day - mystery reader or some other celebratory activity that doesn't involve 5 oreos or a huge cupcake. I think we have a responsibility to teach children to have a better, healthier relationship with food, especially when we celebrate."

"Varied. I miss Jen as director. I miss Aimee as both director and assistant director. I miss their charisma and their interest in my kids. I also see just tons of turn over in the teacher department. Teachers leave, and sometimes they don't even tell us. Some teachers are great, some teachers aren't. I suppose that is life, but overall, it really leads to a varied experience overall. We've looked into moving our eldest into another school for pre-school years - unsure if"
"The wait list for the infant classrooms are unreasonably long. Of classroom space is not the issue I would suggest hiring more teachers ASAP, especially at the East Greenbush location. Or increase capacity."
"I feel that since Jen and Amy have left this school for other roles within the company this particular center is not run as smoothly. Emails and phone calls are almost never returned. Child care aware payments seem to come in later than I was used to prior to change. The vibe when you go in now is not as friendly as it once was. I based my previous answers mostly on my experience last year when Jen was the director, she was great!!"

"I have only met one teacher i disliked at Tutor time. I felt i didn't need to say much in order for the director to pick up on my feelings. At the time rooms were being rearranged due to adding an infant room and My son was transitioned to another room. Every one is very kind. My son gets excited to see his teachers which puts my mind at ease. I can't say enough good things about the staff. With the Brightwheels app I feel like I am with my child all day. When i pick him up I can talk to him about his day. He is only 1 and cannot tell me himself."
