"I have mainly enjoyed my experience as a parent with my children at daycare in walled lake. When issues or concerns were presented the director (Cyndi Roberts) and her support staff were proactive, supportive, and helpful. But in the recent weeks that the interim director (whitne campbell) has been present I have seen staff morale decline, a number of respected staff be miss treated, and have personally been communicated with in an unprofessional and unacceptable manner. I truly have contemplated removing my children from this location due to tutor time’s decision to employ this person and have only chosen to continue due to my knowledge that she will be leaving our school next week. I would seriously recommend that the organization look into her record and investigate her engagement with parents, children, and staff."

"The school has been good. We sent both our kids there, but prices have went up way too much. Beginning of 2022, we paid $139 a week. Now we pay $209 a week for the same schedule, technically less hours a day but still 3 days."

"After touring more than a dozen facilities, I decided this was the one for my younger two children (oldest is too old) after our move to the area. The only reason they had availability in my opinion is because they were experiencing a staff shift before a new director took over. Shortly thereafter the school quickly filled. My kids consistently see the same teachers throughout their days. They have a routine, academics, play, meal time, music and art classes, outdoor play, discipline that is appropriate and facilitates growth, and lots of fun special days and events that the school put on. They both appear excited when we walk to the school from the car and they smile when they see their teachers."

"1.Director won’t reply to emails , would be nice to inform families about the status of the school when there is a power outage or weather issues. There was zero communication on SproutAbout , no email or phone calls during power outage. 2. Need improvement in keeping kids clean , runny noses shouldn’t be welcomed or teacher needs to take care of them.3. No discipline at the class room, sometimes kids are throwing stuff at each other . Need to impose some self control and responsibility."

"I have always raved over Tutor time, the staff, the communication, the food, the cleanliness of the rooms and building. I understand during covid and after things have become more challenging. Hiring good staff, keeping good staff. Recently there has been a decline in what I would consider amazing child care. Lack in toileting, communication, consistency, and staffing. Times are hard, rewards are needed for the staff who put in their all !! I put my child's life in your hands daily, some teachers are like a second set of parents, that's what parents look for especially with younger children."
