"Very pleased with the teachers and staff all are very pleasant and engaging. I was also very happy with the cleanliness, I saw via live stream cleaning between class activities before the children returned. I was also pleased with the structured summer camp activities."

"We love the teachers, they are wonderful. But the director and school administration have really left a sour taste in our mouths and often times we dread seeing them at drop off and pick up because the interaction is so unenjoyable. I wish they would allow parents and teachers to be more collaborative and have a deeper partnership, but the director/admin keep the teachers at arms length distance from the parents and make it feel disconnected. The director/admin have also shown lack of respect towards the teachers. They've also handled raising heath concerns with no tact, causing a great deal of alarm within our family. Overall, the director is unpleasant and it is unpleasant interacting with them five days a week."

"I feel as if the school (administration and building) has declined since we first started attending the school. There are a lot of staff turnover and the children feel it. There is a lot of tension between the administrators and teachers, and the parents feel it. The administrators used to be bubbly and excited when our kids come into/leave the school, now they seem stressed and less enthusiastic about the day. This is concerning because I feel as if our children can see this and act out a little more now. I am ready for my child to attend another school and get a different and more positive atmosphere because I dread dropping my kid off and cannot wait to pick them up."

The app is best-in-class - with live-streaming, communication features with teacher and directors, and updates that go beyond just photos to explaining what is being taught/why and your child’s participation in it. Strong director and assistant director - very warm, welcoming, clearly care, and prioritize safety. Miss Yeny and Miss Claudy are standouts at making kids feel safe and loved - and also building relationships with parents. Would like to see more consistency with teachers throughout the day and have at least 1 core teacher remain with the class from 9-6 to create more security and ensure better oversight of growth and learning."

"Overall has been a positive experience. We have not had any major incidents. We are, however concerned about the treatment of the staff by the director. At times, our director at the West Orange, NJ tutor time, Katrina’s interactions can be demeaning and belittling. There has been a series of turnover from well loved teachers and the reasoning is often because they can no longer work for Katrina. We have had a positive rapport with her and are grateful for her support with our family, but we don’t want to see other employees that our kids grow to love and have a connection with leave because they feel mistreated by their boss. I know several families that have brought this up to corporate and I hope that the concern is addressed with Katrina so that the school culture and interactions can continue to become a more positive and welcoming environment for all community members."

"We've had our daughter enrolled in TutorTime for a month and a half so far, and it's been a wonderful/amazing experience. She was having a hard time at first, getting used to going to daycare, but the staff was extra accommodating and supportive until my daughter started to feel more comfortable. The TutorTime staff is an extension of our family support, and we are so thrilled about that. I am a naturally anxious person, and they have more than put me at ease that my daughter is in great hands."

"Tutor Time has a very welcoming , kind and engaging team of teachers. This facility really engages families to participate in social activities to really learn about the staff and families. The classroom activities are not only fun but educational. The SproutAbout app keeps me informed of updates pertaining to my child’s daily activities. I love to see when pictures and videos are shared. It makes me feel closer to my child when I’m away from him. The facility is always decorated for the season and time of year activities. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I appreciate everyone’s patience with children…not easy. Really happy to have my child enrolled part time and looking forward to full time enrollment. Thank you."
