"I've had multiple situations where I've just received very disappointing customer service. I was basically told I wasn't telling the truth. I've been being charged for things I was told were free and now I can't get them to reimburse me. "

"I received the Samsung Galaxy S9 in the mail.. Two days later half of my screen is not working.. I called Tmobile Customer Service line on Friday and was told my phone would shipped out on Monday so I called back on Saturday verify that I would receive my phone and the rep said yes.. Monday is here and I have not received a tracking #... I called and was told there was No order put in for a new phone...So now I have to wait again.. Poor customer Service I will Never Ever Ever Ever order anything online again from Tmobile.."
"Not a single person works perfectly in T-Mobile. I am fed up in just 2 years. They cannot even unlock a phone which I originally got from them. I have been requesting to get my iPhone 6S unlocked from 7 months, I am visiting store, calling them every 2nd day, it is of no use. They just rob you THAT’S IT!! LOST TRUST, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Never going to buy anything, not a $1 thing from Tmobile ever in my life. Neither going to suggest T-mobile to anyone.

After placing an warranty exchange, they asked me to go to the store after 2 business days, the phone was not ready and when it arrived, they placed it under wrong IMEI. How can EVERYONE in T-Mobile be so careless.

"I'll make this shirt and sweet.. I have a 725 credit score. I have 2 lates in the last 30 days because my new subdivision changed our street name and before notifying us about the error, the post office notified MY BANK.. Wells Fargo changed my address without me knowing and my AUTO PAY bills were then declined because the address didn't match.. With the few lates (which have been paid) my score remained over 700.. TMobil declined me service to switch from Sprint who I pay $429 a month to T-Mobile at $160 a month.... Really??? ATT had NO Issues taking me over and we got free IPhones. Not sure what T-Mobile was thinking, but if ATT wants my service, then so be it... Thank you ATT..

"Went into T-Mobile from, AT&T to see if they could offer us a better family plan, they ran my credit and was told I could get what I wanted and was on the top tier credit so we picked out the phones we wanted and our cases for them to tell us they couldn't do it, that's fine but then I received a bill from them. "T Mobile has no ability to listen to customers, I have called over 100 times to resolve issues but no one has any idea how to handle customer needs. All T Mobile wants is your money and they provide absolutely nothing in return. Do not do business with T Mobile - you will absolutely regret that decision. One of their store managers told me to get the **** out of the store that they did not want my business but yet they continue to send me a monthly invoice. I had to go to Verizon for a Hot Spot in order to use my T Mobile Service because T Mobile has no coverage. What a waste of time. "Been a customer on the 55+ plan since November 2017. No service problems. Same bill every month. Currently on vacation in Dominican Republic. Service was perfect from flight(Delta—free hour of GoGo internet and texting whole flight). Once in airport I was connected to T-Mobile (Altice here). Full four bars LTE service through out the Bavaro area I am in. When connected to WiFi calls are free. unlimited text and data. VERY HAPPY customer"

As you can tell I have called in numerous times with concerns and issues about my phone and have never been satisfied to the extent of being totally content and safe about using my phone as I am now. Thank you for your expertise knowledge and also including tips and lessons on how best to take care of my phone. It is a major expense to have a cell phone and I do want to keep it functioning by using it in the correct method and without draining the battery and downloading apps that crash all too often. "I had an HTC with T-Mobile and it crashed so I went to get in another one and they said I had to have a Samsung because I could not get an HTC on insurance claim. The refurbished phone was completely defective and did not work at all. I went in to buy an HTC and they said they could not get one for several months which I found out was a lie. The sales associate there told me there was problems with HTC and that an lg6 was a much better phone and I would like it much better than the HTC. That was a bold face lie. This G6 does not compare to HTC phones at all. I am so far beyond mad now I'm just sad."
