"Tried to get a refund on a Priduct I ordered and they sent completely something different. Wrong color wrong brand wrong all around: I notified them immediately and kept following up 6 months later someone responds too late for a refund. They are horrible "

"I texted the number they give on their website for 3 days and no one ever answered me back. I had purchased a wireless headset from them that I couldn’t get to work. If Tanga is telling people they can text a problem with an order and give a phone number for it then they should answer the text. Otherwise remove the number from the website. "

"I placed an over 4 weeks ago. Received a small part of order after a few weeks, but heard nothing from them about the rest of the order. I emailed (there is no phone # contact info listed anywhere on their site) to ask where my order was. Received answer that the vendor would not be shipping my items because they were not available, although they are still selling them on the Tanga site, and that I would not be receiving a refund because they are in bankruptcy. They very politely told me I could file a claim with the courts if I so desired. In the meantime, they continue to do business. They didnt even bother to inform me of any of this until I complained. "
