Emailed customer service. Was told they never charged me...except they did. Instead on their side never issued the refund authorization. Dispute was open with my card company.
There is a feeling this company is a scam. They either bet you won't claim your refunds or try to discourage you throughout the process. Based on what I see here...all the products they have for "sale" don't really exist"
"Ordered a wallet for my son's 3/12 birthday on 3/3. At purchase, arrival was noted between March 8 — March 13. 3/3 no arrival yet, so I contacted CS to inquire as to status and was told by "Sidney," that "We are required to allow 10 business days since you placed the order for the vendor to ship the package out before we can take any further action."
Huh.
So much for their initial word.
A day later, Sid said, "Hi it is estimated not guaranteed. This is a rare occurrence so we do apologize you have to deal with this :( This should ship out by Monday."
Huh. Now it's not guaranteed, just estimated. (Notice the pattern? I did.)
The next day, 3/12, my son's birthday, "Sheldon" said: "We are so sorry about this! We pinged the vendor to get it out asap!"
Crickets...
Mar 16 I got an email that the order was cancelled. Cancelled.
March 17, Sheldon: "We're so sorry about this. We tried contacting this vendor again with no avail. We had to cancel and refund this as of yesterday due to non shipment."
Two weeks, no wallet, no effort by Tanga to resolve.
Save yourself the poor/non-existent customer service and shop elsewhere."
"I had a terrible experience, a previous order went OK, slow, but OK. This time was terrible. I ordered a pair of tights for my wife, they came after a significant wait. My wife tried them on and found them WAY too long, might be alright for a basketball center. Emailed them and never heard back, later I tried again and heard back, they even sent me a return label. The problem was unless it was defective, they would charge me $11 return fee for a purchase that cost me ~$11.50 to purchase. Priority mail would only cost $7 to use. I wrote them again asking if it being too long was considered a defect. Never heard back. I will never use them again."

If Tanga is telling people they can text a problem with an order and give a phone number for it then they should answer the text. Otherwise remove the number from the website. "
