"Placed an order in May and received most of it within couple weeks. Some of the items were poor quality & broke on 1st use. Followed up on missing items and was told they were being processed on date of inquiry. After getting that response 3 seperate times I emailed customer service and was told they couldn't help me. The company had just filed for bankruptcy. I would need to file a claim with the court. I got no help or offer to refund the cost. Not even a store credit."

With assets of less than a million and debts of between 5 and 10 million (per their filing), it is unlikely I'd get anything but pennies on the dollar back (if that) should file a claim. In their reply to inquiry on my orders they said they hoped I would give them a chance to earn back my trust. Short answer....no chance. I won't do business with them again and I suspect it is a matter of time before they go out of business or try morphing into another name (keep an eye out for that and be leery going forward)."

They then told me that the vendor "would not ship the item" and that I was due a refund. BUT THEY HAVE FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY and I would have to follow a special procedure to apply for my refund. I assume that Tanga's vendor will not ship merchandise due to the bankruptcy filing. "
