With assets of less than a million and debts of between 5 and 10 million (per their filing), it is unlikely I'd get anything but pennies on the dollar back (if that) should file a claim. In their reply to inquiry on my orders they said they hoped I would give them a chance to earn back my trust. Short answer....no chance. I won't do business with them again and I suspect it is a matter of time before they go out of business or try morphing into another name (keep an eye out for that and be leery going forward)."

"I ordered an item on May 19, 2018. On June 2, I sent them an e-mail asking about the item. They responded and said they'd get back to me in 5 days. After 7 days I e-mailed them again. They then told me that the vendor "would not ship the item" and that I was due a refund. BUT THEY HAVE FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY and I would have to follow a special procedure to apply for my refund. I assume that Tanga's vendor will not ship merchandise due to the bankruptcy filing. "

"They stole money from me and I haven't heard from them since. I ordered a clothing item that was too small because the item was incorrectly sized. They did not want to remedy the sale with a refund even after asking for escalation to management. I provided evidence of the item's incorrect sizing to them and still no one wanted to remedy the sale. I have ordered many items from them, hit or miss, since items are pure junk. But when you're not willing to remedy a sale in good faith, you don't need to sale to consumers. You are in essence, stealing and that's what Tanga.com has done. "

5/21/18 emailed tanga about not receiving my items. Minh (tcs) on 5/22/18 5:20pm replied to my email apologizing for the wait time, did not have an eta for delivery, stated she has processed a full refund. Missing items may have gotten stuck or lost in tranist. Your refund should show up on your card/bank in 48 hrs or so. Talked to my bank on 5/29/18 no refund processed from tanga As of 5/30/18. No response to any of my emails, No product, No Refund. Their site say they can be TRUSTED.........
