"I ordered from Tanga and was pleased with how quickly my order arrived. The problem arose when I needed to exchange a defective product. Tanga was quick to provide me a response and an email address for the 3rd party they contracted thru to fulfill my purchase. I used the email address they provided and got a form email back from this 3rd party stating they are working on it. Yet how can anyone work on something if they don't actually contact me to see how to resolve the issue?? Days and days later with me sending follow up emails and still no response. I go back to tanga and ask for help with their vendor and no response from them either. Basically I am stuck with a defective product and nobody who wants to back what they sold me. I was highly disappointed in Tanga and their vendor. I shopped with Tanga because they were a new start up company but obviously have no desire to back their products. I deleted their app from my iPhone and won't be purchasing anything from them again. "
"I ordered Beats Headphones on November 30, 2015. I receive two pairs of Samsung Headphones on December 10, 2015. Emailed Tanga for this mistake. Tanga did not offer to send the correct product. They told me that I will be refunded when they receive the wrong headphones... Then I can order them again at the higher price. They sent a return shipping label and the headphones were received by Tanga on Dec 21, 2015. Today is Jan 11, 2016. Still have not see the refund to my credit card. Send a couple of emails already.. This company of 25 is really lacking in customer service. Don't buy!! Save yourself the hassle. "

"I ordered beats in-ear headphones on Dec. 9 for a Christmas present. The package wasn't damaged in anyway but when we plugged them in they didn't work. According to the e-mail order I had 30 days to return them, on the website they are listed as a 15 day return. I can't find any phone number and haven't received an answer from my e-mail. Please be aware, it may look like a deal but it's not! So much money wasted, and a sad kid on Christmas.

"I placed an order on 2 items on December 9, 2015. I received one item without a problem. The second item was scheduled to be received between 12/19-12/29 but the order still hasn't even shipped yet. That's no phone number to contact customer service. I have sent them 3 emails with no response. I guess I just have to accept that I've lost my money.

"Ordered a 5-in-1 Spa Skin Care Cleansing System from Tanga as a Christmas gift for a family member. Not only did I receive it nearly a month later (ordered on December 8, received January 2) the box was bent and ripped. It would have been embarrassing to give this as a gift anyway. Customer service also is terrible. DO NOT LET THE CHEAP PRICES FOOL YOU!!! YOU GET THE QUALITY YOU PAY FOR!!!! All cheap and most likely from China. They did not have any information on my package for 3 weeks and told me I could not do a refund unless I had the item. Stay far away from this website!!!!!!!!!"
