"Very SLOW at order fulfillment. I ordered a cheap wedding band for an INSANE LOW PRICE!!! after searching the site to try to find my size (which was not easy) I finally found 3 that were my size and picked one. It finally came on Dec. 13. The entire time the tracking info that was provided didn't show any updates. I understand that they sell through a "Sister" company. But when it takes twice as long as their estimated (5-10 business days) then it is not worth it.

So now to the ring itself. This thing definately lives up to the price - CHEAP! I have been wearing it for a week and it it scuffed to crap. This is supposed to be TITANIUM!!! Ya, right. It may as well come from a Cracker-Jack box. At least the size is right...

One item was completely missing from a package, another item was personalized with initials but when it came, it had the wrong initials. Sent emails to the tanga support, praying they get back to me in time for them to be shipped back to me before Christmas!! Fingers crossed!!!!!!"

"Buyer beware...the deal isn't worth the price if Tanga can't get the product / gift delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I would have gladly paid more money to ensure the product would have arrived by this point. I am going on several weeks with no order and no communication from the Tanga company despite several emails sent to them.

"I've ordered four items from this company, and have received none of them. It is December 13th, and the item that was allegedly made by their sister company LOL Shirts, ordered on November 20 and was promised to arrive by December 10 has not even been shipped. Two other items have had shipping labels created, one almost a week ago, and have not shipped. When investigating the company that is fulfilling the orders, I discovered a big fat F rating from the Better Business Bureau.

Cheap is only good if you get what you paid for. If that doesn't happen, it's a ripoff and a scam. "

"THey must be completing their own reviews, but I have had a NIGHTMARE working with this company. One order was lost. I filed a complaint, they did not respond--not until I contacted DHL the delivery company, who said Tanga told them they had a package but never sent it to them. Then Tanga sent the package (4 weeks later) but did not notify me until I inquired first. Then the package arrives with scribbling on the invoice and only half of what I ordered was in the box. I complained, and heard nothing. While this is going on, a box of 4 tshirts I ordered arrived and 3 were not what we ordered. During the last email, they blamed the holiday season on these issues. I am going to have to contact my credit card company to settle because Tanga either sent crap I don't want or half of what I ordered. No offer to adjust the bill, by the way. They are happy taking your money and seem to get part of the job right. "

I was so amazed at the eas in shopping here, for 1 thing when u look at an item and go back it takes u back to the spot u were at. There were so many great deals I got my 16 yr old son a razor the one I ordered from here $16. Everywhere else $45-85 I also got my hubby a scorpion pocket knife haven't seen one like that anywhere. I also got some items that were free I was looking for ear buds and got them free, love it.
