Found out only the label was printed by them and the package could not be tracked online (DHL) since it never really shipped. Sent an email to support on 9/21 which they answered quickly stating my item has just shipped since they ran out of stock. 11 days later, no product and tracking no longer works online. I don't really think they scammed me on purpose, but not a professional way to run a business. They do not even list a phone number for contact, just email. Purchased from other similar companies in the past and never an incident. Shame, I would have been a repeat customer for them."
