I sent them email saying that I wanted to cancel. they replied with generic email " if after receiving your order you decide to return it, please print and fill in the form found at this link". what the hell? item wasn't event processed. sent them another one asking to cancel. this time they said they can't cancel the order. "Ordered a laptop in the exact model I had been searching for on Tues. I was shocked and delighted when it arrived on my doorstep on Thurs. TWO days was all it took for Tanga to create another satisfied customer. This small company has great customer service and I urge everyone to give them a try. Unfortunately, the product itself is terrible. But this is not Tanga's fault, they are re-sellers only. I have requested refund instructions, and other reviews state that Tanga does a good job handling returns, so I am awaiting their instructions now.

"Tanga is a very good , no excellent on-line shopping store. I have had occation to contact them about my order, twice. I had ordered the wrong item, they fixed it immediately. Then I realised I needed one more item, that I had ordered, another time. They couldn't fix that as my order had already shipped. But they gave me the link to the item so I could order another one. I only had to pay $.99 more for shipping plus the cost of the item I wanted. This only took one or two days to hear from them, and that was probably because it was the weekend. I love shopping with someone with such good customer service, fast shipping and more than reasonable prices. Thank you Tanga!!!"
