"Just recently purchased an iHome portable speakers. I informed Tanga's customer service about the problem I'm having with the speakers and they immediately responded with a refund and apology for this issue.
As usual another great Customer service from tanga.com, of all the items I have ordered from them, only had 2 issues and both were taken cared of promptly!
Will definitely buy from them again, especially with their good deals and lower prices.

"I ordered a styler and a waver from Tanga. When the order arrived I had a problem with the styler. I contacted Tanga and they solved my problem immediately! Great customer service! "Tanga has the worst customer service. They lied about their shoe size. I recently bought my husband some slippers because they were on Sale. I missed this sale when Costco had the exact same sleepers on sale during Christmas, I figured I will get them for my husband now since I missed the sale back in December. Well the shoe size chart is completely wrong, my husband wears a size 10 and the Tanga shoes size chart said size 10 would be a large which would cover until size 11. Well wrong the slippers barely fit my husband they are probably a size 8. He has no use for them since they don't fit them and I end up donating them. Tanga refused paying for the return shipping. If it was any other store they wouldn't even ask for the slippers back they would have just sent a new pair. All I wanted was to exchange them, I didn't want anything free, I didn't have to pay for shipping when i bought them so I don't see why I would have to pay return shipping. This is completely outrageous. Tanga is the worst online shopping store. I will make sure I post this on my social media so everyone knows not to buy at Tanga ever again!!!"

"I am very pleased with the products I received from Tanga (iPhone case, earbuds, luggage scale). They're of pretty good quality (the earbuds are almost exactly the same as the ones given by Apple). Most of all, their customer service is superb. The luggage scale wasn't working in accordance with the instructions, so I emailed customer support and received an email within 10 minutes, surprising me. Krista kindly gave me a refund on the luggage scale and let me keep it (in other words, I wouldn't have to spend money mailing it back!). I really appreciate it when customer service is not only prompt, but resolves the issue at hand. I highly recommend Tanga for all customers looking for affordable items from a reliable retailer."

"I have order a few Items, one being King size sheets. I am very picky when it come to bed linens. The price seemed too good to be true and it included shipping. LOW AND BEHOLD THE SHEETS ARE WONDERFUL!! Not only do they fit the bed easily, they wash great. "

"I recently bought a pair of slippers on Tanga. Normally I take a large, so that is what I ordered. The slippers took weeks to be delivered which was a minor inconvenience since it's summer anyway. However, the slippers didn't fit and when I asked to return them, they required I pay shipping on the return. To me, any online retailer that sells clothing and apparel needs to have a no questions asked return policy. In this case, the return shipping will cost more than the slippers themselves. So I will just give them to Salvation Army and simply never shop with Tanga again. I understand shipping is expensive, but far less than the cost of overhead for a brick and mortar store."

"I ordered a case and a charger for my iphone 5c for $5 each including shipping which seemed like an almost too good to be true deal. Shipping time was reasonable - about a week iirc. I love the case - for $5 it's one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. However the car charger didn't work in my 1999 BMW as the phone indicated something along the lines of it not being an official apple charger. I contacted Tanga and was quickly credited for the $5 and didn't even have to deal with returning the item. "
