"Tanga was great with letting me track my order and the price was unbeatable. However, when I never received my order, I tried to go through them to file a loss/stolen item with FedEx and Tanga has not replied at all. Frustratingly, there is no phone number to speak to an actual person, I just keep receiving a generic email. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. Great site for small purchases, but I bought two MacBooks and only got one. Won't do that again from this site.

"I place orders on Dec 6, 20 and 21. As of 29 Dec. they STILL haven't been shipped! although Tanga did give me a tracking number, the tracking number leads to a website that says "Sorry, Tracking is Unavailable for '9405510899644006950095 Please try again later. Tracking normally becomes available within a few days after receiving your tracking number.'' The "contact us" button only leads to an FAQ page. There is NO WAY to contact the company. Currently, I DO NOT recommend Tanga.
according to the USPS tracking, it was shipped on the 29th of December, more than 3 WEEKS after the order was placed.
And yes someone did contact me by email after this rating was received and the package was then sent out. still not happy. and apparently, they've shipped the first order. I suppose i'll need to wait another 3 weeks for the second shipment. then another week after that for the third one. Definitely going to start looking at other places to shop for things. NoMoreRack.Com perhaps. they ship pretty quickly and can usually be counted on to have a real person call if there's a problem.

It took 6 days to get my order, not bad at all given their disclaimer on longer shipping times to get good deals. Packaging was great and my order arrived with no damage or problems. "I order and paid for a samsung tab 4 16gb of storage and received an 8gb. if I knew it was an 8 I would not have bought it. I contacted costumer service and all I got back was an 'in the little letters on the bottom said it's an 8' but in the title in big letters it said it was a 16, iin my invoice it's said to be a 16 also. I would have return it if I had the time to look for another one before christmas which I didn't."

I can see we sent a request to our warehouse to get the correct item shipped and they did let us know this was an 8GB, however we did have it listed as 16GB. I am so sorry for our mistake and know how frustrating this must be for you.

"Been a customer since 2007. Have achieved what they call "S.T.U" status. Have made multiple orders without issue until an order on 06/27/14. I received a broken item in what they call Tanga trash. I sent an email on 7/1/14 as was told by "TangaHolly" they would issue a gift certificate for the damaged item. I was perfectly fine with that. After hearing nothing for several weeks I again emailed them on 7/22/14 to inquire about when the certificate would post to my account and heard nothing back. I stopped ordering from them and considered it a loss until today. I received an email from them asking customers to post a review here."
