"Ordered a pair of refurbished Beats by Dre Studio headpones because a friend had a pair and I liked them. What I got were a pretty bad attempt at a knockoff. They came in a plastic bag with no manual or the 30 day warranty that these usually come with refurbed. Called my friend over with the set he bought directly from monster and compared side by side. They were obviously not the same quality. A little net investigating even led me to the fact that these are heavily faked and if you go to the monster website you can verify if they are real or not. After instructing us where to look for a serial number to verify, we found that there wasn't one on them. That was one of the many flaws I found. I emailed Tanga and did get a reply in 30 minutes. It was basically sorry but they're not fake. Send them back if you want to. Sight unseen. I emailed them again with 10 of the differences I found and they sent me a prepaid return label. Nothing else. Not a "we'll look into it" a "sorry" or anything. I feel like they probably sell a bunch of them knowing most people won't know the difference. They even put them on sale again yesterday. Bad way to do business. First and last order from Tanga.com. BEWARE. "

First I was told that it was impossible to issue a refund, and then in March I was told that they could issue me a PayPal credit that would require supervisor approval. I still don't have a refund. "Stumbled across this site and thought it to be comparable to woot so I decided to give it a shot. Found a refurb Motorola to-go phone charger and purchased it. Upon receiving I found it to be much more "used" than a typical refurb typically is. Many major cosmetic defects,
Not a big deal until I looked in the USB and micro USB ports and noticed the metal to be worn/bent. Gave it a shot, charged the device then used an Apple
charging power cord that comes standard with iPhones and plugged it into the devices' USB port. Did fine, charged my device, died pretty quickly but hey what can I expect for dirt cheap. Then came the major problem, tried to pull out the USB cord of the moto travel charger and the thing is actually stuck in a death grip inside the USB port. I pulled on it and wiggled it for about 15-20 minutes trying to release it from the moto port without breaking it, official Apple cords are not cheap! I'm sorry to say this experience has left me sour with tanga and I will not be choosing to do business with them again and will stick with tried and true Woot for future bargain hunts."
