"I ordered the set of nail polish. When I took them out of the mailbox I could smell nail polish. I carefully unwrapped the package and found 2 caps on the bottles were loose. One was so loose it had spilled on to the others. I used nail polish remover to clean off the bottles. When I applied the peach sparkly polish it dried rough, not smooth and shiny. I even applied a top coat and it still didn't shine. I will not be ordering again.
Follow up.....Tanga did contact me and reimbursed my money. They were very kind and I will

"Just received my order of 1X 3-Pack Mechanix Wear Extra Grip Glove Large. Total $20.49. I am so disappointed. They are very low quality cheap looking and feeling not to mention they won't fit on my very small hands. There is no paper work in the package with return info. The next problem is I can't contact them. All the links they provide in the order emails take you to a customer service page with no links to contact them. Their website leads you to believe they care and will make you happy. This isn't the case and warn anyone else to avoid them. I have ordered from them in the past and until now haven't needed to contact them. I am worried about my next order I placed before I received the gloves. I wish they would contact me and make this right."

"I have the same exact issue as Scottyjoe2 below on my Beats Studio ordered at the end of May, 2014.
I too received what I clearly feel to be counterfeit merchandise. On receipt of my headphones I was immediately skeptical of the fact that it came inside a clear plastic bag with no product box, documentation, manual, guide, or warranty info. The included cables, cloth, and batteries do not match OEM specs after a discussion with both Beats and Monster customer service. Although Tanga advertised these headphones as refurbished and specifically re-certified, there is no serial number or signature behind the battery cover for an authentic product and even bears the same 8 "serial" numbers on the headband for a product review that exists online from March of 2010. Attempting to register with Beats produced a “serial already in use error”.
I have ordered with this company in the past and understand that they are a small company who I would like to support. I am waiting to hear from customer service..."

"I recently purchased a 5 pack knife set. I do alot of cooking and have some very expensive knives. These knives arent top of the line chef knives but they are great quality for the price. I am very pleased with this purchase and look forward to cooking more with them. The only complaint I have is they came loose from their packaging during shipping and one of them had a rather large ding in the blade. However for the price its an easy fix with a knife sharpener."

"I am very pleased with groupon's customer service and how they went well beyond for me when I wanted to return an item that was not right for me. they not only agreed to refund my original money but sent me a postage return label -- not too many companies do that. I purchase a lot from groupon and this is the first time I had to return something. "
"When I first heard of Tanga I thought they were a joke, but fast forward a month and I'm a Tanga VIP. Tanga has the best prices anywhere, trust me, I double check all the time and still haven't found anything cheaper (VIP also get a slight additional discount). They always have amazing and practical products. I've ordered upward of 20 products from them, all of which are both quality and shipped safely. Shipping may be my only complaint with Tanga, but even that isn't bad.
Their products vary in shipping time and shipping price, but that's because (if you read their shipping policy) it's essentially dictated by their partners and so I can't blame them. They also use different shipping companies which at first I found weird but then realized it's so that they can give us the best deals.
All in all, I love Tanga. They get me great deals on awesome merchandise and, unlike bigger companies, I still have (a lot) of cash left over! Thanks Tanga!"
