"the shopping, e ordering and shipping was not a problem. The product and it's quality was not oto my liking though. Quality was not of my standards. I emailed Tanga for return instructions yesterday 5/8/14 for return instructions and am awaiting their response. "

"I ordered an item and i have not received it even after 15 days and i am being told it willbe shipped in a day or two but it has not yet been shipped. Very bad experience and will never buy from them again. Also they do not have a customer care number to contact as well.

Quirky Items, Great Customer Service

"I have ordered from Tanga about 8-12 times now. Every item is as described and a good value. I have had a few issues including one item no-show. In every case Tanga has worked with me to make it right. The really do care about customer satisfaction. I will continue to look through their frequent emails for bargains."

"WARNING! Be very careful ordering from this company! I ordered an item and when it did not ship for 5 days, I asked and they sent me a tracking number. The tracking number did not work. After another 5 days, after unsuccessful attempts to resolve this with the company, I disputed the order with Paypal. This company sent a tracking number to Paypal to prove it had been shipped. The only problem was that the tracking number was for a package being sent to a different customer in a different state. Paypal said they still could not refund my money till it was delivered to the wrong address, which they could see it was. Once it was delivered to the wrong address, Paypal refunded my money and I closed my account with this company. WARNING!!! DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!"

"I thought Tanga looked like a great website. When I purchased their ipod I thought I was getting a great deal but they never showed the fact that the ipod I was buying was refurbished. It appeared to be brand new in the add and was not listed any differently. If I had known that the ipod was refurbished I would have bought it straight from apple for cheaper. Instead I got this sketchy looking box I thought it was fake at first. Not very impressed, can't bring myself to shop there again."
