"Tanga is amazing! I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I have placed several orders and have always been happy with the item that I ordered. On one occasion my item was lost by the USPS (confirmed by USPS as their fault) and Tanga refunded my money even though it wasn't their fault!
People who give Tanga bad reviews seem to talk about being disappointed with the product quality. What they are failing to mention is that Tanga always states whether the product is a refurbished unit or not and that Tanga is a REseller. If people would take a little personal responsibility and do a little research on their own they could avoid disappointment. Many of them don't even bother to contact Tanga customer service and give them a chance to resolve the issue before posting their nasty reviews.
I would just like to say thank you to Tanga! They don't always have products I need/want but when they do they are usually at an amazing price that I cannot resist. I check the site every day for their new deals and will continue to do so for a long time to come."
"Tanga is the best site EVER! I have purchased many items over the years, anything from electronics like Beats by Dre for my husband and House of Marley’s for me; to jewelry, shoes and toys like bracelet loom kits and airsoft guns!! Any time I have the extra money, I purchase the Tanga Trash…. It is fun. Sometimes it is super awesome and sometimes it isn’t (like the time I got eyelashes for my car) cracked everyone in my family up as well as friends and co-workers. Too much fun ;)
I have read other comments from Tanga customers that say Tanga has poor customer service. I am not sure where that could be coming from, because my experience is quite the opposite. I have dealt with TangaPaige and TangaLaura in the past and both were the kindest most helpful people ever. They made me feel like a priority not just another number. All I can say is no matter where I shop, be it in a brick and mortar store or website there will always be error… we are all humans. Tanga has always ensured me that they will make everything right if not better. This is why I will always take advantage of their awesome deals ;)
And I have no complaint about their shipping. From day 1, it is stated on their website that shipping can take a couple weeks (give or take) I take it as, it is what it is! Sometimes really good things come to those who wait!

"I am new to Tanga, but do a lot of online shopping. Order arrived quickly. However, one of the items I ordered was not quite as nice as described, so I sent an email asking about returning it. It has now been two weeks and I have sent three emails asking about returning it and I have had NO response. I will probably not shop here again, since they dont seem to care about customer satisfaction.
UPDATE: I had originally given one and two stars, however, I received a telephone call from this company on 5/13/2014 ensuring that I had received the information I requested. After I ordered it, I realized I should have had it sent to my son's address. I emailed Tanga the same evening and they were able to switch the delivery address. "The product I ordered was a lemon. It came with no instructions and the product was slow, unresponsive and was worst of all deceitful. I ordered a bluray player that could connect to wifi and play netflix. It was advertised by Tanga as such. When I got the product for my Mother for Mother's Day she told me that in fact it does not connect to wifi and would require an adapter that would cost twice as much as I paid for the entire product just for the adapter. Tanga is deceitful and I will no longer do business with them. Very dissatisfied. "

"Specifically I'm rating Tanga.com based on the purchase of a RC car. However, I'd also like to talk about my overall impressions of the shopping site.
First of all, Tanga (or it's affiliated warehouse) shipped the item fairly quickly in this case. It arrived in perfect shape, but it was the wrong color. True to form, when I wrote to Tanga they responded promptly and were extremely friendly and helpful. They said they would contact the warehouse and see what they could do to fix it. Ultimately they were able to replace the toy quickly and perfectly to our satisfaction!.
What I appreciate more than anything is Tanga.com's friendly, can-do attitude. Sometimes when an item (e.g. an iPhone Lightning Cable) doesn't work or a color is wrong or the item doesn't quite suite your needs they promptly cross-ship the item and give you easy instructions to ship back the first one. Other times if a particular item is super-cheap they simply say "keep the first one or pass it on" rather that requiring the hassle of the return.
90% of the time Tanga.com gets the order right. It's that 10% that, honestly, I judge the quality of a company. Because Tanga is so great about how hard they work to make things right, I give it very high marks!
Finally, it wouldn't go without saying why I keep coming back: The selection is great and the prices are amazing!! Truly the lowest costs on the internet.

This was a "refirbished" unit by "Refurbished Product Center 658 EtraRd. East Windsor NJ"
What I got was "Toshiba SD5300KU" (on the Toshiba id plate) which has no ...No ...NO ... Blu-Ray capabilities at all !!! :-( The manual (SD5300KU) only said DVD player...no Blu-ray ever EVER mentioned cover to cover!!!
AND since it was Refurbished ..I could have gotten the SD5300 from amazon for $10.00 less (used like new) and it would have been guaranteed to work.
This sale was a TOTAL scam bait and switch and the company selling you (Tanga) "Refurbished" products are small time crooks, ripping off YOUR (Tangta) customers ... knowing most will not figure out the switch until well after the 30 day "product warranty"
I am totally ashamed of Tanga now ...I happen to be a (Retired) military (NATO ~Hohenfels Germany~star wars) Electronics technician ... and 95% of YOUR customers would be totally ripped off at this .... many might not ever know it ... and I can't believe Tanga would act as a front for organized petty larceny on a grand scale.
