This time, I had a couple questions about a product that was being offered in a limited time only sale so I sent a message through the customer service page over the weekend. I understand that sometimes Tanga acts as a sales broker and someone else (presumably the company with the excess inventory) ships the product so YMMV. Bought 10 items and S&H was $5/item (the item was on sale for ~$15). So while I saved money overall, I did get concerned about the possibility of waiting up to 2 weeks for a $50 shipping charge. I guess that's mainly how they make their money on the items they serve as a broker for."
