"I shop Tanga on a regular basis. Great Deals, Great merchandise, Great Shipping (free). On the rare occasion there is a problem, Tanga staff literally bend over backwards to make it right. Its an easy process.They don't make you jump thru hoops and make you furnish a birth certificate, proof of citizenship or give a pint of blood like most of the others. Their standard response is
"we are so sorry you have had a problem, we are refunding you account/credit card immediately". It's not their fault but they fix it immediately..AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"I placed an order and then waited and waited with next to no movement action being shown on my order. After, a while longer than that specified on the Tanga website I reached out to customer support about my order. They got back to me with options on what to do next, as I wanted the product that I ordered I decided to wait a bit longer while they tried to reach out to the supplier. They too got no response from the supplier then one day the items I ordered were in my mailbox, and the "tracking" information still showed nothing. The next morning I received communication from Tanga telling me that they had not been able to establish communication with the vendor and would I like a refund, I promptly replied telling them no need as the items had just shown up much much later than expected well over a month later I then decided to refresh the tracking and everything was filled in all on the same day like this thing moved at the speed of light (haha). Overall Tanga was awesome, well above and beyond that particular vendor not so much, but as I am honest I let Tanga know I had received the items and did not need a refund. I told the representative that I would leave a good review since they did more than they needed to to make sure this order was figured out."
