"The only reason that 5 stars are not lit up is simply because..Even though every experience I've had with Tanga has been STELLAR! They simply don't have total control over the suppliers they deal with..That said..The only negatives that I've had has been in extremely long delivery times..Saying that however..After contacting Tanga they have acknowledged the issue and have done whatever "magic wand waving" was necessary and the item(s) I was expecting arrived within a maximum of 7 days..after I made them aware of the delays..I am extremely pleased with their services and offerings."
"I ordered an ankle brace and it had no elasticity so didn't fit my ankle. It was a final sale but there is an ability to do a return for a defective product. I sent an email and explained the situation. I received a response quickly - the next day - telling me no problem and I would get a refund. I appreciated the quick and easy resolution. I have been buying from Tanga for a few years and the company provides excellent customer service. "

"I order an item from this company to give a as gift. It wouldn't let me how it would take to get to me until I paid for it (who does that). Once I realize it was going to take to long I immediately tried to cancel. Two days later I get a email stating I can't cancel. (I guest China already has my order and there's no stopping that.)

"I ordered a calendar my friend actually did the drawings for. It took 2 1/2 weeks, all the while Tanga's site said my order was being "packed". When it finally arrived, it was NOT the calendar I ordered of drawn bears, but photographs of bears. I have tried twice to contact them as they give you five days to contact them for "free returns". Haha. They still have not replied. I think Tanga bates you and then switches to whatever they think they can stick in a box and dump on you. NOT what you really order. Then, good luck getting your money back. Never, ever again. "
