I happened accross a pair on tanga for 1/3 to 1/4 of the price i had been seeing for LG brand. so i jumped on them, I was expecting that they would take over a month to actually get delivered since it was free shipping and such a low price. I was pleasantly shocked to receive an email within a few days saying that it had been shipped and would arrive in a few days. they even provided a tracking number. I'm already scouring the website for the next deal to pounce on. The headphones work great they are an upgrade over my old ones at a fraction of the cost. "

They simply don't have total control over the suppliers they deal with..That said..The only negatives that I've had has been in extremely long delivery times..Saying that however..After contacting Tanga they have acknowledged the issue and have done whatever "magic wand waving" was necessary and the item(s) I was expecting arrived within a maximum of 7 days..after I made them aware of the delays..I am extremely pleased with their services and offerings."

I sent an email and explained the situation. I received a response quickly - the next day - telling me no problem and I would get a refund. I appreciated the quick and easy resolution.
