"Horrible, never replies. Do not order form here"

"Literally the worst place I've ever ordered anything from. After 10 days and paying $17 for shipping, My order still has not been shipped at all. No email response after 3 days as of now. Will never order from them again."

"Despite the fact they never seem to update (or respond to their email), they do still stock things and have some very hard to find items. Will update once my item has arrived.

Well, it's been two weeks since I placed my order. Still don't have my keyboard. Placed it on the 15th, got a form response and a hold on the cash placed on my acct. A few days later, I magically have money again. (...?!?)

Call my bank: "Their hold period has expired" (Let me tell you that's a new one on me, I've NEVER had a merchant be so disinterested in taking $170 of my money) Sooo.... I send an email 1 week from order time asking "What's up?". I am sent an automated notice saying it's shipped, and here's my shiny tracking number! Awesome!

Priority mail takes a few days tops, so I'm eagerly awaiting my shiny new keyboard. And ...waiting... ...1 week from the time of notice, I send an email "Hey, when did this ship? I'd like to know when to expect it." (The reply: *Crickets chirping*) So, the next day (today) I go and check the tracking number I was given over a week ago, and Hey! it's changed! From "Electronic info has been received" to "Has arrived at post office in Michigan". (Note: that's where they're based out of.) Which means, it took them 2 Weeks to take my money, put something in a box, and ship it. Unacceptable. Doubly so since they've tried to fob me off Twice with placeholder email.

So.. after an email asking them to take my money (!) , and another asking them to please ship the thing I ordered. (Neither of which were replied to, I'm still half-convinced that a disgruntled chat-bot that's somehow in control of an inventory & shipping dept is running things over there)

I can now finally say that something has been sent out via post.

TLDR: "2-3 days shipping" is what they say on the website. 2 Emails and 2 Weeks later, I finally get confirmation that something correlating with a tracking number that I was given has hit the post office.

If you want something listed on his site, buy from somewhere that's not Tankguys.

"Shipping has always been acceptable and prices are also decent. They carry some exclusive items in their OCN branded merchandise and Ducky keyboards. All in all, I've never had a bad experience with them."

"The Good: They had what i was looking for and it was in stock. The keyboard arrived in perfect condition. This keyboard shows up in a the bright red ducky box. It is much heavier than you would think. awesome quality.
The Bad:
I ordered from Tankguys on Monday and hopefully ill get my item by Friday. Ordered a similar item from Amazon on Tuesday and got it on Thursday.
I paid $13 for shipping with Tankguys... shipping was free from Amazon.com
Also, they are shipping my item from about an hour away (i just didn't feel like driving).

"shipping took longer than expected, initial email to customer service did not get replied. when I sent an email regarding shipping time, I received a response and was informed delays in shipping were due to misplacing my shipment and forgetting to send it out. I do not know how long it would have taken my order to go out if I had not emailed tankguy. Either way, there was no effort to rectify the situation on tankguy's end so I can't provide any better review than fair"

"I placed an order over a week ago and they have not yet shipped my order. I'm not sure what is going on with them right now. They've been great but to not have an item processed after an entire week is just a bit ridiculous.

I've emailed twice now and have gotten no response back. I don't think this is how you're supposed to treat your own customers.

I finally got a response today saying my email somehow got "lost".

Either way. To get back to someone 4 days after sending an email on an order that was placed a week ago is still a long time.

They are having issues with the company providing the parts. I just wish he had let me know the day after (or even 2 days) my order was placed so I could have found the part I needed from a different vendor."

"I placed a online order sunday june 29 2008 and today it is wednesday july 9 and I still have not heard a status from TankGuys regarding a possible ship date, tracking #, etc. This is by far the worst customer service I have heard off. I sent a few emails to them during these 10 days which I have not heard a repsonse from. They said my order would be shipping from there supplier in nevada which would only take a couple days, 3 at most ground shipping for me to recieve them in california. They really drop the ball on this one. I'd be happy with just a refund at this point."

"Long, long story in short.
I ordered RETAIL E3110 4/5, and I got the SMALL OEM E3110 package on 4/15. So, I sent a couple of emails with the proof until I got response. After that I got this message(4/17).

Hello-
I can arrange to swap this for the retail one, or if you like, I'd be happy to give you a discount on that instead. Normal OEM price for the processor is $187, but since we would have to pay so much shipping back and forth, I can sell it to you for $165. That's a very, very good deal on the CPU, and would prevent you from having to wait at all. Let me know if this sounds acceptable. Thanks!

I asked to exchange, and he accepted it. So, the day next I got the response, I sent the package through usps(4/17). After I sent the package, I got this message.(I aksed about the returning shipping fee)
-No, you won't have to pay the return shipping fee. I will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. We will ship out the replacement tomorrow. Thanks!

He promised to send the retail package the next day. However, he didn't even send the retail one the day, but also he ignore my couple of emails.(I asked him to send Arctic Silver 5($4.99) with the package instead paying the return shipping fee $5.25)
