"Well....get in line! This company is way out of bounds. They are not honest, have caused us great stress, have our product that we returned, with NO refund for nearly 9 months!! AND, then said we lied about the product we returned. We have the tracking number, the date they received the product AND the signature of the person who signed for the return. It has taken us MONTHS (9/8/12 to 6/6/13) to get through to them. AND, now when we finally do get through, after filing complaints, they are being harsh and rude to us. We are ready to go to court. DO NOT order from this company!!!!"
"Beware TapeStockOnLine. They pulled a BAIT AND SWITCH fraud on me and tried to palm off inferior VHS tapes instead of the Sony VHS Tapes I ordered and they acknowleged as having in stock for me. They did not respond to my request for a refund and I had to contact Master Card to intercede on my behalf to get a full refund. They also charge usurous shipping rates which should have been a tip-off to their fraudulent practices."

"Ordered tape stock with 2 day shipping for a feature film project. Order was shipped incomplete. Sent several emails and phone messages (they do not answer their phone) notifying them and asking them to correct it. All were ignored, I never got a response. They basically ripped us off. Stay away!"

Charged for CD-R's never received. They will not answer their phone nor email. The two times I did speak with someone they were to "send it right out by Fed Ex" but nothing arrived.
I am disputing the charge and will file criminal charges through Visa."
"Do not use this company !!! I think they are in a big financial trouble. I orderted mini-DVD on 9/20/08 they charged $ 88.45 on 9/23/08 and after my several requests by e-mail and several messages on their answering machine (due to heavy volume of incoming calls we can not answer you ... bla, bla, bla ) nothing from them. No refund, no DVDs, no explanations, no any reply at all. Do not use them.

"On June 17, I had ordered two different types of MiniDV tapes, a 1GB miniSD card and a Monster firewire cable. My credit card was charged pretty much immediately for all items.
I've ordered everything with ground shipping as it wasn't urgent at all. I've received the to sets of MiniDV tapes on June 21 which seemed decently quick. The invoice in the package indicated that the other two items were on back order.
On the website when I had ordered, everything seemed to be in stock (it said 'usually ships the same day'). On June 25 I received the miniSD card but it seemed to have been shipped from a different company. I didn't really care though.
On June 26 I called the place to check on what's going on with the firewire cable and I was told that it's on back order and that there is no ETA on when I'd get it. This didn't make me very happy. The guy told me that I'd be receiving an email once it's in stock and is being shipped.
Negative points: only received initial order confirmation email, never got any email about items being on back order or email notifying me of items being shipped. never got any tracking numbers. found out that the miniSD card was quite expensive with $82.00. I found the same card, even the 2GB miniDV card for a lot less. So if I had got a notification that this was on back order, then I could've cancelled it.
UPDATE July 9: The Monster firewire cable is still on backorder and they have no ETA. They never sent out any update emails or anything like that. Just called because I wanted to cancel that and get a refund but the guy told me that he can't process it right now as the system is "updating" and he's unable to log in. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY! I should call back in 30 mins. I'll try again."
"This vendor is not trustworthy. Go with someone you can rely on. As I told them, one mistake is too many in their business. I rely on vendors to supply what we need ON TIME.
EDIT: 11 days and still no refund. Trying again today. Was told sometimes it takes "a while" for the refund to come through. I explained my wife works at my bank and she saw the refund rescinded from my pending actions.
They put me on hold, came back and said the refund was never processed in the first place (how could that be if it was in my pending items?) but they would take care of it today.
We shall see.......
I have ordered from this company 3 times, the first two times were not time sensitive, both orders arrived, but they did not email tracking information.
The most recent order was placed with 2nd day air shipping. They did not email me tracking info (I'm used to this with them) so on the day of delivery I called and asked for the tracking number. When the CSR placed me on hold I knew there was a problem.
I was told my billing address didn't match so the order was not shipped.
I asked why I was not contacted regarding the problem, she responded "You should have received a call or e-mail." I received neither.
She offered to refund my money, I said why refund me if I wasn't charged? They had already charged my card, but not shipped my 40 tapes.
I told them I wanted a refund and they would never get my business again.
I'll update as to whether I have any problems with the refund."
"I placed an order on 2/8/07. My credit card was charged on 2/9/07. On 3/14/07 I received an email stating the item was on back order. ETA was the end of the week. I checked resellerratings AFTER I placed my order. I immediately responded to the email and canceled my order. On 3/15/07 I checked and found that I did not have a credit for the order. I emailed and they said it would take 2-3 days to get the credit. I did get the credit that evening, I guess. So, I didn't get what I ordered but, they did follow through with the refund in a timely manner. I will say that when I went to check up on my order the link they provided me with sent me to yahoo and wanted me to logon to my yahoo account. I haven't used a yahoo account in years. So, I was unable to verify the order in any way, shape or form. That really concerned me a lot. "
"Terrible. Really, really terrible.
I ordered a Lightscribe DVD burner and discs on 1/2/07. No indication was given that it was out of stock or there would be a delay. It didn't ship for almost 4 days. The e-mail link advertising that I could track my order sent me to a page that said they were unable to display the tracking for my particular order. When it did finally ship, I only received the discs; no burner, no apology, no explanation. Two weeks after the intial order, I tried to call the service twice - was told they were "too busy" and to leave my number and they would call back. Did they call back ... NO.
Word to the wise. Shop elsewhere. I'm a small business owner. I can't afford this kind of delay and runaround. I'll pay the extra $10 on an item that I KNOW will get delivered."
"I would not reccomend this service to anyone. I ordered a bunch of DV tapes in a time sensitive matter- I paid for 2 day shipping and left comments on what date I needed it by in the comments field. My credit card was charged. A week later I called wondering where my tapes were as I was leaving the Country and needed the tapes for a documentary I am shooting, and the lady told me they canceled my order. They told me I could not use an international credit card even though the shipment was going to an American address. Any other website I have ordered from will not allow you to put an order in using an international credit card (basically the card will not be processed and you will get a message explaining that it won't work). Instead, my credit card was charged and no one called to tell me that they had canceled my order. It was not until I called to ask where my shipment was that they informed me that they canceled it. I demanded to be refunded- but I had no time to order tapes from any other website and they did not do anything to compensate me for the confusion. I am so dissapointed!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!
