"This was my second order. I ordered the AnnArbor Round - Tortoise, progressive + 1.67 Ultra Thin Lens with No Line + UV Coating + Anti-scratch Coating + Super Hydrophobic. After the discount my price was $108.36. That is, of course, a crazy price. They came today. I put them on and they're perfect. My main concern was that the weak point would be where the end piece, hinge and temple meet. That's not a problem These are solid glasses. My first pair of glasses were Naples Wayfarer, order no ***-***-****. They had everything these glasses have but, were tinted for sunglasses. I love both pair of glasses. The thing I have got to ding GlassesShop for is a procedural problem. They create their first class postage labels with Endicia. If they have the appropriate membership then GlassesShop can print a scan form for the post office to scan when picking up the shipments. That will get the tracking information into the post office system. Here's what happened. The first pair of glasses arrived in four days. HOWEVER, check the tracking information 9400110200881481556476. the number was scanned when the label was created BUT, not when the shipment was picked up and accepted by the post office. 4 days isn't bad for first class delivery. I could handle that. The second shipment, 9400115901569071010436, is the one I'm highly irritated with. The label was created on March 6th. There wasn't ANY update on this shipment until 8 days later! I started freaking out and emailing customer service. They suggested I contact the post office for more information. That's insulting. I already know the post office won't claim responsibility for anything unless it is scanned into the system. The fact that a label was created means NOTHING to the post office. GlassesShop needs to get their act together on the shipping. The glasses and prescriptions themselves are awesome. The cheapest pair of no-line progressive, 1.67 lens, glasses I've ever ordered. Update: They responded in a condescending manner when they found that the tracking number had finally been scanned but, the post office couldn't deliver it because the business was closed. PEOPLE! This took EIGHT DAYS to get scanned! Fix this!"

"I placed an order on 2/8/07. My credit card was charged on 2/9/07. On 3/14/07 I received an email stating the item was on back order. ETA was the end of the week. I checked resellerratings AFTER I placed my order. I immediately responded to the email and canceled my order. On 3/15/07 I checked and found that I did not have a credit for the order. I emailed and they said it would take 2-3 days to get the credit. I did get the credit that evening, I guess. So, I didn't get what I ordered but, they did follow through with the refund in a timely manner. I will say that when I went to check up on my order the link they provided me with sent me to yahoo and wanted me to logon to my yahoo account. I haven't used a yahoo account in years. So, I was unable to verify the order in any way, shape or form. That really concerned me a lot."

"Be wary of this customer. I ordered MS Office Standard Edition 2003 and was shipped the student version because "they were out of the other version". So, they sent me an upgrade to MS Office Professional version 2003. They sent me some Volume License Agreement CD's."

"I ordered a new ML370 G3 server towards the end of may. The salesman (Jason Morris) said it would be in on Tuesday, June 10th. A week before that I checked the web site. One web page said it would be in on June 10th. Another web page said it would be in on July 19th. BIG DIFFERENCE. I called yesterday, Wednesday, June 11th because the server did not come in. I talked with someone would said the server would be delivered on Tuesday, June 17th. The web site still shows the original date of June 10th as well as the July 19th date. Jason is out this week. I'm now trying to work with Travis Massey. Neither one has returned a single phone call, yet."

"I'm changing my comments one last time. I think these guys will be honest and make an honest effort to do a good job. Why the change of heart? Because I read through some of the comments and remembered that they are Hasidic Jews who closed down their web site for Passover. That's good enough for me. I'm glad we've got Jews in America."

First, we regret your dissatisfaction.

Your order was briefly held by our Verification Dept., whose job is to insure that the person who owns the credit card is the person using it. This protects us, of course, but also protects you from credit card fraud and identity theft.

We are certainly not "bogus," in spite of your concern. You will get your merchandise within the promised time-frame and in fact it should leave here this afternoon. There's no Earthly reason to be "scared," we are absolutely NOT "flat out lying," and the supposition that EVERY ONE of the 200+ reviews posted here are "lies," insults the many others who have posted legitimate experiences here.

===Follow-up===
Thank you for your revised comments.
