"Ordered a Christmas tree with multicolored lights for curbside pickup. Picked up the tree and returned home. Next morning I was getting ready to put tree up and I notice they gave me the right tree but with white lights instead of multicolored. I contact customer support and they offer to send correct tree to my house. I accept and wait patiently. It arrived today, and to my dismay, I see that they have sent the tree with white lights instead of multicolored. So people at store and people at warehouse apparently can’t read. I talked to customer service again and they offer a refund but no other help. The tree I originally ordered is no longer in stock close to me so I will be purchasing a tree from another retailer. "
"I placed an online order and received the wrong items. I called the help phone number and the agent said that I would have to return the items and reorder what I originally ordered. The item is not available in their stores and now I cannot get it in time for what I needed it for. I asked if the agent could help me reorder the items and have it expedited, and the agent said no. This was a huge waste of my time and now I have to drive to a Target store, wait in line for the return to get my money back. I am extremely frustrated by this and will never shop at Target in the future."
"The online experience was fine but I have had issues with shipping. My last 2 deliveries had damaged items. The first shipment I didn't even receive because it was returned by the carrier because of severe damage. Then when I received the replacement order there was an item missing. The second shipment arrived with 2 items damaged which caused liquid leakage in the box."
