"I received all the items I ordered. I tried countless times to change my ‘home’ location even when that location was out of stock of the items I selected. Fortunately I was able to go to the store I tried to change as my ‘home location’ to pickup my selections. One item I selected was not available to pickup . Target offered to deliver it at no charge and on time. This saved me a trip to a location that is not convenient for me to travel to. Very impressed how Target came through with the order which will make a 3 year old granddaughter very excited! "
"Waited at the store over an hour for them to search for the toy, which they never ended up finding while I was with my four year old son. After an hour of waiting and an hour and a half of driving to the store that’s about 40 miles I had to leave empty-handed. No compensation no nothing extremely frustrating. Because I had to get a rental car to make it this far for this specific toy that you guys emailed me and told me it was ready for pick up after I paid in full. This is pretty ridiculous and extremely extremely frustrating being two days before Christmas. now I have no choice but to let my son down. Just awesome. Zero out of zero will recommend to nobody due to the customer service and the way I was treated. "

"Two stars for a check out experience that left me feeling like an unwelcome interruption. There was no line and as I approached the register there was no greeting or eye contact either. There were few shoppers as the hour was well past 10 pm. The cashier did not assist bagging (six full bags) and after payment began ringing up the next customer while I was still bagging my groceries. There was no thank you. Lastly, after returning home I found 3 overcharges on my receipt. "

If you request to be contacted if something is not in stock and the shopper does NOT and makes their own substitutions that were not approved by the purchaser. ..and does NOT even see the item is clearly damaged and missing pieces...and you have to go to the store yourself for the return...the same day delivery was a waste of time and money!"

This is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! First of all , I initiate a chat. The person keeps asking me to type something over and over and over again. Exactly how fast do you expect me to type on my phone with this tiny keyboard?? Then after I type out this long paragraph on my phone's keyboard, the person asks for my name and my order number. Let me ask you something. If we're in this chat room and I placed an online order, where do you expect me to find it? Most likely email right? The problem is that if you minimize (i said minimize. i didn't say close) the safari app to open the email app in order to get the number, THE CHAT IS CLOSED AND YOU HAVE TO REINITIATE A CHAT. So I have to type this long stupid thing out again. How do you expect someone to get the order number if you won't even let them out of the safari app?? That makes no sense!! So now I have to type this entire stupid thing out again because you ask for something that you won't allow them to get. So now I have to retype everything. My complaint is at I go to pick my items up but then I'm told that some items are "not ready". You inform me that my items were ready to be picked up but when I get there, it's only then that i'm informed that some items are not ready to be picked up. Furthermore, you tell me that if I still want the items, I need to go grab it off the shelf myself then stand in line to pay for it. So what is the point of online ordering if you're gonna make me grab the item off the shelf and have to stand in line to pay for it when it was already paid for online?!? This is absolutely ridiculous. So I grab the beer and stand in line. Then the register doesn't print out my receipt. The associate is trying to reprint it over and over. I waited for a receipt for 15 minutes. After waiting 15 MINUTES, she calls a manager. The manager comes and tells me if I want a receipt, he'll have to go upstairs to reprint it which will take another 15 minutes. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? After telling me my order was ready to be picked up then telling me part of it isn't ready to be picked up then telling me to grab it off the shelf then standing in line to pay, after all that you expect me to wait HALF AN HOUR FOR A RECEIPT?! Seriously?!? I spent an HOUR just trying to pickup an ONLINE ORDER. Part of which I was told after arriving that It wasn't ready. One drink. Then I was told if I still wanted the drink that I would need to grab it off the shelf then stand in line to pay for it. That kinda defeats the whole purpose of standing in line if you're going to **** to the store, grab something then have to stand in line, for something that I ALREADY PAID FOR!! Worst shopping experience ever!!"
"I don’t usually do order pick up, but with having the kids and doing errands all day I decided to do order pick up, I’ve never had a bad experience. This time was different I checked in when parked then had a girl come who said I’m going back in for orders I’ll check you in and take the code and I’ll be back, gave the code she took off and I waited, as I’m watching I see the target employee deliver to cars that came after me I just thought ok, maybe mines next after 15 minutes I thought something is wrong. I went inside and spoke to someone at the counter who then get someone else to help me which I explained for a second time I was parked in pick up got checked in lady took my code I never got my items, she looked at me like I was crazy. I said I’ve never got my items but I’ve been waiting all while seeing other cars come and go and I’m still parked. She went to the back came back and forth gave me my items all while apologizing they had some sort of mix up. Was extremely annoying I could’ve just got down and grabbed my item and be done with it. Don’t know if I’ll be doing drive up again. "

"Each time I go to Target I think it will be better, but then I go to check out and the nightmare begins. It seems the help at Target is not trained well and the lines begin to grow. When shopping you want to get in and get your stuff and then quickly checkout and leave. At Target you get the thrill of the checkout line or even the curbside pickup wait…. Corporate should look to alleviate this issue or people will stop coming. "

"I ordered a Polaroid camera. Luckily, I opened the box before I took it out of the store because I could tell it been open before, everything inside was ripped open and it was a white camera and it had dirt marks on it and little dots of something I don’t even know what it was. I’m so glad I opened the box before I left the store. I ended up returning it right away"
"I ordered a size 5 Addidas soccer ball for my son. The items were put in my bag without me even seeing them. My fault I trusted the associate. When I get home I realize it is neither the size or color I ordered. When I called to try to get the issue fixed I spoke with Pedro, assistant dept manager at the Fulton Target. He was unhelpful you can return it and get a refund response. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he said one wasn’t available and wouldn’t provide a name and hung up. When I called back he said he he wasn’t the one that talked to me and hung up on me again.
No one tried to get me the correct item or make things right when they provided the wrong item in the first place. I specifically ordered online when I did so I wouldn’t miss out on the item.
Horrible customer service, rude employees who take no accountability for any of their actions.
