"Wasted my time and gas due to the fact that the inventory was wrong on the website. While I went to pick up the order I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. I was then told to cancel my order/payment, go find the product myself, and pay for it again because I waited 30 minutes instead of 2 hours. Whatever that’s fine. I go to the electronic department where the employee says that the product is in fact in stock and is on the store floor. The employee calls for another employee who looks at the item on their phone and claims they would have saw it if it was in stock. "

"Purchased an item for instore pickup since i would be on a lunch break and short on time
It was from gift registry for baby shower. Went to customer service. There was one person in front of me, took 10 mins to be helped. Once helped, item was
not at cust service which is where the email said i should go. Since they had to get it, that was another 5-10 mins. Item was in a bag. I just looked to see it was right item and walked away. Upon taking it out of bag, I saw it was dirty so had to go back to customer service. They returned it, no apology for condition, and said there was no more of that item. I then had to go shop for another gift, found that same item they said there was no more of, and went and checked it out myself without notifying them since now I was really short on time. Could not get it to show as purchased on gift registry and I did not want someone else to buy the same item so I HAD to go back to customer service. They said it could not be removed, I can't remember why, and gave me a number to call. Horrible customer service and Gift registry experience."
"A coffee product I love could not be found in my area. Luckily, Target.com had it. For whatever reason, I cannot find Maxwell House’s French Vanilla Sugar-Free/Decaf locally. I bought 10 on the website and then came back a few hours later and ordered 10 more … and BOTH orders qualified for free shipping.

Keep offering coupons for Seniors. Open up a suggestion box that is anonymous. Allow Seniors to extra extra discounts at checkout. Do follow ups as surveys are a week old, a month old, and a new season starts (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day and Valentine’s Day).

"I ordered and paid for a 100 ft hose. Target sent a 50 ft hose. This could have easily been seen as a mistake by the weight on the shipping package. So, what does Target do? They make me make a trip to FedEx to send the 50 ft hose back. And, on top of that, they are going to make me wait until they receive that incorrect hose before sending me the one I was already charged for -- the 100 ft hose. So now I'm stuck following this -- and I have to wait for the correct hose. How can anyone feel comfortable making online purchases from Target in an atmosphere like this? "
"I ordered an item for pick up. That should be ready within two hours and there were two in stock. I got there an hour early. The woman asked me to wait because They have two hours to get it ready so I sat in a chair for an hour and then after another hour, they told me it wasn’t in stock. Remember, this item was in stock. There were two items available. I wasted my time. I’m now late and I am now over budget. This place is the worst."
