Fortune 500 company that can't sell me a gift card

"Tried to purchase gift cards. Target canceled order within minutes, even though payment had been approved by my bank. Tried 4 times, all canceled. Called Customer Service, they told me they would get back to me in 2 or 3 days."

Terrible Customer Service

"I received a notification that my order was ready, so I arrived at the store and checked in. After waiting for a while, I received a message apologizing for the delay "due to high demand," even though the parking lot was empty. Minutes later, the confirmation code disappeared, and my order was canceled. When I asked an employee what happened, I was told I could go into the store to shop for my items. I don’t know who canceled my order or why your employees thought that suggesting I go into the store was a solution. I chose curbside pickup for a reason. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a result, I had to leave without the items I needed for my family."

"My package was supposed to arrive May 30, its now June 5th and no messages from Target on the fact its late or why. The tracking still says "arriving May 30" even though that was almost a week ago. Swing and a miss Target..."

Refuse to cancel my order immediately after the online purchase.

"Seemingly, your policy on cancellations must be revisited. Within minutes of a purchase I attempted to cancel the order and was told it was too late. A sad way of doing business. "
