"The Shipt delivery person delivered my groceries to the wrong address. When I complained and ask for a credit they took me off of the delivery list and will no longer deliver groceries to my home. I am 71 years old and I cannot go to the store and it is not my fault the person did not read the address correctly. Target leadership team is not willing to work with me to correct this mistake as they said their policy says they have to remove me because I asked for a credit or a refund!!!!"

"Buying for a gift registry online, I had to create an account at checkout. I found no option to buy these gifts as a “guest.” An absolute requirement to give my personal information just to buy a few gifts seems an inequitable trade off for online shopping.

"Target is serious about staying in the forefront of the Brick and Mortar stores. While also offering online purchases the store is well stocked so you have the option of instore pickup. Their Circle sales are serious money savers. But their friendly staff are always willing to lend a hand as well as a smile."

"I recently had a concerning experience at Target which has prompted me to write this review. As a dedicated Circle Member and a consistent shopper for many years, I have always chosen Target for its exceptional service. But, on April 6, 2024, I encountered a situation that left me surprised and disappointed.
I purchased an ergonomic office chair for $162.99, only to find it reduced to $155.99 the next day. Believing in Target’s customer care, I reached out for a price adjustment, assuming this would be a straightforward request. To my dismay, I was informed that the item, unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase, was sold through a third-party vendor, which apparently made it ineligible for a price difference refund.
After several discussions with guest services and even a senior specialist, it became clear that my long-standing loyalty did little to sway the outcome of my request. The lack of transparency regarding third-party vendors at the point of sale is concerning, as it puts an unrealistic expectation on customers to investigate the source of each product thoroughly.
The resolution offered did not align with the high standards I have come to expect from Target.⬤"

"I have an injured ankle. That is why I use curbside pick up. Today I received three expired products in my order. Of course I did not find them until I was all the way home. And now I have to find someone to help me return them. I am literally not sure. I will ever shop at target again after I get these items returned. You would think they would teach the pulling orders to check expiration dates."
