"When purchasing the item, it had an offer to buy 2 and get $10 under it. So I bought a second of the item but I never received the $10 anywhere. I checked my email and Target Wallet. When I clicked on the "Fix an Issue" button the only option is to return my order."

"I ordered a Sterlite bin from my nearest Target. They didn't have it and my order was cancelled. I was given the option to get it from another Target so I ordered it. I received a message that it was ready for pickup so I went to the store notifying them that I was on my way. I got to the store and put in my pickup parking spot. After about 15 min I got an add on message that they were sorry that it was taking so long but they were busy. After about 45 minutes I talked to a person who was delivering to the next car. He said the order was cancelled by his coworker and he would see what was wrong. He came back out and told me that his coworker cancelled the order because it was broken. How is it that I wasn't notified as I was right there? I think that it was very rude to place finding out what happened on me. At least the person I talked to apologized. This was the worst experience I've had at Target."

"I placed on on line order with Target recently. I did that because the basic items I needed and stock in my house regularly were not avail able once again @ my local Target store. That has been a problem in recent months- empty shelves in Target of things I always purchase @ Target.
The on line shopping experience went well- just me getting used to ordering on line. All the items I needed in stock and shipping in 2 days !!! Just in time to clean my house for Easter Sunday Company !! No wasted gas or time...
The package- a big giant box arrived on time. BUT imagine my dismay when inside the box- messily splayed all over were only 3 of the 13 items I had ordered !!!!
I checked mu order on line- it said all items I had ordered were shipped and packed in one package and had been delivered !!!!! How do 10 items not make it into a shipment ???? Plus the box was very poorly packed, never mind the items not picked correctly !!!
I did speak with customer service, they stated they are reshipping the missing items. However I will not be receiving them until next week- most of the items I needed to clean for Easter Sunday Dinner. So off I go to the local Grocery to spend more money and use valuable time to get the items I need to clean- most likely I will not find my preferred cleaning products!!!! I feel Target should compensate me for my aggravation and wasted time. "
"Placed an order for same day delivery and then kept receiving texts moving my delivery time frame back an hour. After receiving two of these, I then received one saying it wouldn’t be delivered until the next day, which defeats the purpose of “same day delivery”. If you don’t have the shoppers to deliver any purchases for same day delivery, you should have an option on your website/app to turn that function or availability off so you won’t end up with disappointed customers paying for a service they didn’t receive. "
