"I scheduled an order pick up because I’m disabled. I looked on the order once it was completed it stated that one of the items that I ordered would not be available so I called them to ask if there would be any more of the item guest services confirmed they did have those exact bananas so the person that grocery shopped for them lied Then guest services couldn’t help me because it wasn’t her job which I get so I asked for a manager the manager was being such a rude person that she needs to be fired and lied and said they didn’t have the bananas when guest services confirmed they did after the grocery store person put that they didn’t have them also so the manager gets on the phone and says oh they’re black and blue you don’t want them however, the guest services lady confirmed that they were fine. It was just a big crap show and I will never be returning to the store. I’ve been going here for nine years and I’ve asked for a regional manager to call me. This is absolutely unacceptable to be Disrespected on the phone and then hung up on by a manager at the store and Melrose Park Illinois also btw the manager confirmed her manager was standing right next to her bcuz I asked for the next manager above that manager to unacceptable that managers would be treating guests like this let alone people that are not managers absolutely absurd and ridiculous!"

Two items were contaminated by someone else opening the product and a third never arrived at all! So I am just throwing money at target for nothing.

"I was shopping online and went through my order was around $113 dollars. When trying to pay for the items in my cart I received a transaction problem error message and my payment was not accepted. My debit card is my only means of payment at this time so you target lost a potential good customer."

Once the purchase is complete, I get an email saying Target doesn't have the correct email to give me the gift card. Think about the irony of that email. I've called twice to complain. Spent 1 hour each time on the phone spelling every order number for the past two-three years. Get the "most sincere apology." and the promise of the gift cards. Only to receive the same email.
