"I ordered an item online and picked up inside my car. The girl that brought my item to me didn’t even say hello, or even attempt to smile. She placed the item in my trunk. I rolled down my window to say thank you, but she literally just walked away. As soon as I got home, I saw there is a huge gash down the entire side of the box and I knew my item was broken. Opened up the box and confirmed it was smashed into pieces. I called target and spoke to the same girl, and she didn’t even seem to care , but said I need to come back to replace it. I went to the store to the same girl and again didn’t apologize. She also attempted to ring me up for the new item for $60 more than what I paid online. Also, this employee was wearing a very short crop top with most of her abdomen exposed , which I find to be very unprofessional. "

"I usually love Target. However, this service (pick-up, and I'm guessing, delivery) is terrible! If you say a person can pick up groceries within 2 hours, then that should be true. I shouldn't get the manager talking to me like I'm a dolt because I don't know their store hours (I'm talking to you, City Ave Target in Philadelphia). I placed an order for pick-up at 6:22 am for my convenience and BECAUSE Target said as I was ordering and on the confirmation that pick-up is within 2 hours (I have photos). Yet, when I came in almost three hours later wondering what happened, I was told something about how that's not accurate because of when the store opens and that workers don't come in until a certain time. How am I supposed to know that? I know what the app says. This manager also stated that I have to wait until progress updates and that they could reasonably not get to it for up to 6 hours, which is in the fine print. Huh??? I came in to inquire because I wasn't getting updates within the 2 hour window they promised the way other non-Target stores do. How is it reasonable to tell someone orders are ready within 2 hours on an app, but no not really it could be 6 hours, and also you need to know when personnel come in to make your order make sense? Target, your app is not keeping up with Whole Foods and Instacart. They say exactly when the window of time is and stick to it. Do better."
