"Products are not always in stock, and they do not match when the driver arrives on site and is unable to locate it. The whole process of substitution is really inconvenient if you do not provide full service of shelves and what is in the back of the store meeting the stock number online. "

"I was going to be away for Valentine’s Day but wanted to send gift to my grandchildren. 1.) despite being told everything would arrive 3 days before Valentine’s Day everything arrived on Thursday February 15th!!!
2.). If that wasn’t enough, a bottle of pan spray (Which I DID NOT even order) was in the box, cap off!!!!
3,) the heart sweatshirt for my three year old granddaughter and the outfit for my
7 month old grandson both have oil stains from the pan spray and cannot be worn!!!!

"I recently went into target to buy something completely different from what had caught my eye and I fell in LOVE with. PLUS, it was 20% off!
I decided to try it on and unfortunately, they didn’t have my size in store. So I did what any dedicated buyer would do and I went online to buy my prized possession.
First off, it wasn’t on sale online :( but I decided I loved the fit enough that it didn’t matter so I bought it anyways.
I took note of the total (after delivery and taxes) and watched the notification from my bank as the amount was taken out of my account. Well, I woke up to a new notification this morning saying there was a price change from my target purchase and it automatically got taken out!
The website was extremely easy to use and the outfit is adorable but I will not be shopping with target online ever again. Depending on the response I get from target, I’m not sure if I’ll be shopping at the physical store again either. "
