"I tried to make a PayPal payment but received errors. I called PayPal and they said there was no issue with my account, I understood. I paid for an order using PayPal earlier today and for other orders lately and there were no PayPal payment issues.
I then called Target and spoke to a woman who thought it was a PayPal account issue. She couldn't understand that the problem was with their OWN website. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and then I was disconnected. I called again and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor but was told basically she couldn't transfer me and or there was no one to transfer me to. She also could not understand that the errors were because of their OWN website after telling her multiple times that there was no problem ordering an item earlier today and also at other times too lately, I believe I may have said using PayPal. Finally, I disconnected the call.

"I usually do not buy anything from Target, but I had some Rewards Points so I decided to order a green velvet Ottoman that my daughter-in-law liked. The app kept showing me that it was shipped and on its way. Within a few days, the app told me that my green velvet ottoman was delivered! Unfortunately, when I went outside to get it, it was actually a Diaper Genie. I have no idea why I was sent a Diaper Genie. I have never even looked at a Diaper Genie! Anyway, when I went to return the Diaper Genie for my green ottoman, I learned that the ottoman was now out of stock. And now I have to lug this huge Diaper Genie to a UPS place to send it back. I live out in a very rural area and will have to drive 15 miles to the closest shipping site, at my own time and expense. So I’m not very happy about my experience with Target. "
"The wait time should not be so long for something so small "
"2 Soaked boxes arrived. Box 1: 3 Woolite bottles smashed 6 mugs and 4 bowls and leaked all over the cat toys. Box 2: 6 Bottle of Spaghetti sauce smashed the shell pasta and leaked all over. NOW Target won't give me a refund until I return the leaking Woolite, the soaked cat toys, and the smashed bowls. I have to make a special trip to UPS and stand in line, or drive for an hour to the nearest Target store. "

"I was heading out for vacation and wanted an underwater camera for snorkeling. Target had it in stock an I was able to pick it up that night without leaving my car. It was quick and easy. I let the store know when I was leaving home and they had it ready to go when I got there. "
