"I found an item I wanted on the Target online site. It was a quick and easy purchase online and later that evening I went into the local store, what seems to be a long line was quickly attended to by the staff in that pickup/returns area near the entry doors. It almost made my head spin how quickly I was at the head of the line and showed ID and my package was retrieved by the staff member working with me -- and I was happily on my way out the doors to my vehicle and heading to my next task on my list of errands. I had not seen this kind of efficiency and good humor in my shopping experience for some time. I had not been going to Target -- and not because of any particular reason, actually. I will definitely be including Target in my future purchasing plans. Thank you, Target -- for hiring such efficient staff and the whole area was clean and neat -- just a most pleasant experience."

"Ordered on line and went to pick up in store and the lady at the exchange/pick up desk was extremely rude and i get working in retail during the holidays can be stressful, but there was no excuse for her to yell at me, there was the exchange side and the order pick up side so i went to the order pick up side and she yelled at me because she was up there by herself, how was I supposed to know that? "Bought online and pickup in store. Bought 10 items and went to pick up and they couldn’t find my merchandise. Waited over half an hour as I watched cars come and go with their online orders. They come to tell me that someone will reshop for items again as I continue to wait. I finally have someone bring out my merchandise in which only 5 items out of the 10 were found. It now causes me to go to other Target Stores or completely different store to find the rest of my items!! Beware buying online!!"

"This could've been a better experience, but both my half-a-gallon of milk and my bag of lentils were leaking. My avocados and apples were bruised and mushed. I feel like the bags were just tossed around and not handled with care. In addition, despite reassurance from the Target customer service on the back of my new Reloadable Redcard, I was told "We don't do that here." I had the barcode and cash ready, but this location says they can't reload it.
I tried to call the location back later to double-check, but the phone rang and then I was disconnected THREE TIMES in a row. I tried to call another location to see if they could load my Reloadable Target Redcard and once again my calls rang unanswered and were disconnected.
Why list phone numbers for your stores if no one answers? Why encourage people to sign up for a program that your stores don't participate in?
So disappointing. I was considering doing my grocery shopping at Target more regularly thanks to the 5% off offer and the free pickup, but it doesn't look promising.
