"I only ordered same day delivery because I needed distilled water for medical equipment. I ordered 8 bottles, which the website indicated were in stock, they brought 0. I had changed my number on the website from my home phone to my cel phone and requested a text if something was out of stock. The system capture the cel phone number change but did not update the "shopper" (delivery person)'s cel phone and so I didn't get the text. The shopper person was very good- it wasn't her fault. Target gets high marks for no extra charge for curbside delivery. The same day delivery program asks for a 20% tip (or higher) after the delivery when you rate the shopper and won't let you out of the screen until you select an amount (I had tipped in cash.) Wegmans has better food prices if you are shopping in the store."
"Ordered online for pick-up as stated available in store. Received email day of pick-u item not available and to choose different method which was only shipping. Shipping said 2 days, the day of delivery said it would come in 5 days. Ended up coming in 3 days with the box ripped so unsure if damaged or not because it is a gift. FedEx did not even ring my doorbell to make me aware delivery was here, especially because the contents of the box clearly showed the mini fridge. Could have been easily stolen, luckily I happen to be home. Would not purchase from Target again..."

"I like the store, but do not trust the vendor that handles your Target gift card sales. A couple of years ago I purchased a Target gift card in your Mira Mesa, CA store during your annual Xmas sale and I ended up losing the entire balance. Someone transferred the full $300 value of my card to another card when it was automatically activated the next day, and I lost all of my money. I furnished your vendor with everything they asked for including filing a police report, but they refused to give my my money back. I even sent a letter to Target HQS, but they referred back to the vendor who refused to help me. I have not shopped at Target for myself since then, and only come back once a year to purchase a Target gift card at Xmas for good friend that likes to shop there."
"Bathroom was disgusting. Urine and toilet tissue all over the floor and on toilet seats. Bathroom smelled of feces and urine. Soap dispenser were empty. The bathroom smell came out the door and into the store. There was a manager outside the restroom and just ignored the bathroom conditions. I am extremely disappointed with my target experience. "
