"Well, this was my first purchase from this store and so far I'm fully satisfied.
Here's my story... I was on the search for a new laptop and eyes were set on one of these cool looking Alienware machines. Unfortunately the price tags were out of my budget. I searched the web for some bargains and found it on e-bay. Targetpcinc had an add that was very well laid out and convincing. A roughly $4,500 machine a year ago was offered for $1,899! Right on.
Due to some issues with my Paypal account I called those guys if other payments were accepted. Wire transfer was the option and Bank data was provided via e-mail almost instantly. After confirmation of fund reception, Alex told me that the shipment would go out about 3-5 days later. That actually did not happen, but I called them again about 2 days after their shipping promise date. This time Paul picked up the phone and checked my status. He put me on hold for about 2 min's and came back with the FedEx tracking number. I thought he was kidding, but as a matter of fact it was true. I tracked the shipment daily and it arrived as promised.
Now a few words about the received merchandise. This machine was announced as used (for demonstrations) and may show minor details. I had my doubts, but how bad could it be. Very much to my surprise this machine is brand new, not even a finger print I was able to find! All promises of the ad were kept. This machine is a piece of art!
Thanks to Alex and Paul (the illegal Russians as I could read someplace else) for an A+ customer service. They kept me happy all the time; phone calls were answered as well as all my e-mails.

"Terrible customer service. Call sales and be left on the phone with an answering system forever. Try a different number (Tech Support) and finally get someone in sales that can't find my order, saying they'll check with Sales and that I will receive an email concerning my email the following morning. No email received. Website claims shipement in 2-4 business days. Also paid extra for expedited shipment.
Update: Component was finally received. It was USED!!! I've stopped my payment to them through my credit card company, and will be returning this "junk" to them at my own expense.
This company is bad news. Do not buy your components or computer needs here.

"I placed an order with Arsenal PC on Friday December 1st, after business hours. I ordered a $29.95 power supply and as I needed it right away I paid for expedited 3-Day shipping, which cost $30.00. The product did not ship out on Monday. I called the customer service line and obtained a message saying that party was not available. The only way to reach a person turned out to be to select the sales line. The person that I spoke to each time, Paul, did not seem concerned that you cannot reach customer service. I was promised that it would ship Tuesday, but it did not. I called again on Wednesday and was told it would ship then too. It was finally shipped on Wednesday after I had made four calls to the company the last of which was ignored. Given this experience I am certainly not going to order any big-ticket items with this company. I URGE you to do business elsewhere."

Compared to the next best price I could find for the exact same items the difference was like thirty bucks including shipping. I found it pretty easy to navigate through and to find the items I was looking for once on the site. These items are listed as new so that is what I am expecting to recieve. "Store seamed respectable and well organized and I got the products when promised, but that’s all the good I can say for the store. When explaining compatibility issues, for a return, that I had spent hours trouble shooting with the manufacturer, I was given little to no options. Very non-friendly return policy. They refused to add disclaimer of compatibility even after I explained that there product will not work with certain systems and why. Unless you are 100% sure that what you are getting will work (and do not take arsenalpc’s descriptions as compatibility truth) then look else where for your product."
