"I ordered a PHR250CC external enclosure for a 2.5" hard drive from Arsenal PC. The unit shipped was defective. Despite the best efforts of Mike in customer service, a replacement unit did not arrive until 17 January 2006.
I am pleased with the performance of the replacement unit. Unfortunately, I had to pay for the "luck" of receiving a defective unit with the return shipping and the more than 2 week delay replacing the device. It was orginally shipped Fedex "3 day". Why should the return take so much longer??
Mike was very helpful, and veery professional, but could not expedite the replacement. "

"Very dissatisfied with this company on at least this specific order; a barebones system consisting of a chaintech mpm800 MB, P4 1.8 gig CPU, Spire fan, and Linkworld 313G black case with 400 watt PS.
When I got the order and installed the ram, and OS it worked fine for about a day, then all of a sudden began freezing on me. I called tech support and they told me it was one of 3 things, Bad ram,faulty MB, or wrong power supply, I checked everything and replaced everything, come to find out the MB they sent does not supoort the CPU they sent (cpu was williamette, MB only supported prescott or celeron) I asked for a RMA and was sent one...but decided instead to just build another system with a celeron cpu, so i wouldn't have to pay restocking fee, s/h,insurance etc.
I'll never do business with this company again.
The case was a joke (better yet a toy) I ended up buying another MB,case fan and cpu."

When finally cornered on 21 Dec, after 2 emails and calls to the "Customer Service" number that tells you to email them, they said they "hoped" I wouldn't cancel.
I've told them to refund my money but don't know yet if I've gotten it.
