"The finding and buying was relatively easy. But I bought a case, and wanted to know if 'side vent' meant the same as 'prescott ready' and there was no info to be found on that. Then, while checking out, I was suddenly thrown from a high-tech ecommerce site into a 20th century print and fax world! C'mon, there has to be a more well-integrated way to verify credit card info. Lastly, the confirmation email does not contain any information. I need order number and order details for my records! Just to fill out this survey, I had to jump through hoops to go find it back on the website. I will withhold judgement on product satisfaction and delivery. I am hoping for the best with speedy processing and delivery."

"My purchase decision came primarily from ArensalPC having the lowest price. And to that end, I was quite satisfied. My issues with the company are minor at best. Email confirmations about orders are great, but it would be helpful to include order/invoice numbers with it. Having to log into the site just to access this information seems overkill. The only other issue I had is one which others have already mentioned in earlier feedbacks -- I deliberately chose FedEx as my means of shipment due to bad experiences in the past with UPS. ArsenalPC lists FedEx Group as the shipment method for my order, but the tracking number listed is for UPS. On the plus side, the scheduled delivery UPS lists shows that it'll arrive on Monday. Still, if I just choose "Ground", that's one thing.. but choosing "FexEx Ground" is another. Switching carriers is something that should be done only with customer agreement. Upgrading it from FedEX Group to FedEx overnight, though, I wouldn't have a problem with ;)"

I received this item in just bubble wrap within a FEXDEX box. The motherboard software drivers on CD was scratched and the paper sleeve was open and therE was ink writting written on the CD sleeve. At this point I figured out that I must have gotten used items(definitely EOM). After testing out the motherboard, to my findings, the audio sound embedded into the motherboard does not work, the hard drive LED connection on the motherboard delivers a constant voltage and the LED light on my PC stays lite all the time.
As for obtainig a refund or product replacement you have to file filled out paperwork and if you want a refund they will deduct 20% of your refund for a restocking fee. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TARGET USA and CAN'T RECOMMEND in good conscience!!!!"
"I ordered a barebones system with an IS7-E motherboard. This was confirmed on the receipt they e-mailed me. Instead, they shipped an IS7-E2, which is a much inferior motherboard. Also, it appears that (in order to avoid negative feedback) they no longer include the invoice number on the receipts. The only reason I had one is that they sent me an e-mail requesting that I give my shipping address to my credit card company for confirmation. There was no paper receipt in the box and my order number only appears in the above mentioned e-mail."
"I'm going to remove the mini journal I wrote about this company. In short I ordered a motherboard and a heatsink fan both retail packaging. It came in after four days and I have installed the motherboard in my opinion flawlessly. The motherboard seems to be dead (will power up but not post). The Heatsink fan is perfectly fine. I am returning the motherboard and hoping to receive a full refund. I decided not to get the item replaced because of all the negative feedback and also the motherboard arriving dead. I figured if I got a replacement there's a chance of this happening again and then I won't be able to return it since it's been past X amount of days.
Edit: I returned the motherboard and they say it's in working order and they will take 10% off on restocking fee... these guys are a bunch of shady business dealers, buyer beware."
"It is unlikely we will purchase from this vendor again. We ordered 2 flatpanel monitors. Though the order stated the items would ship in 24 to 48 hours, they did not ship until 6 business days after the order was placed. Next, there was no tracking number for the shipment, so we could not even verify that it had actually been shipped. Finally, we had chosen FedEx ground, but the order came UPS.
We made several phone calls to the company in the interim between order and delivery to find out exactly where the order was. We spoke w/ a gentleman with a Russian accent who told us the order had shipped, but that he did not have a tracking number. He asked us to call back after 4:00PM, and he would have the number. We waited 1 business day, and called back: we got an answering machine that said all calls after 2PM eastern would be returned the next business day. Hmmm.
We also send several emails to ****@****, requesting shipping status. None was answered.
Horrible customer service. The items were priced below the retail average, and they arrived undamaged, in working order, but they were shipped a week late. Customer service is important. If this company cannot answer a simple shipping question, what will happen if we need warranty service?"
