"First send my item to the wrong address. When I finally received the item it was the wrong one so I attempted to exchange it but they acted like they had never seen my order or the product before. They told me had me they had to "discuss it" and would call me back. Sick and tired of the unprofessional treatment I gave up and never got a call back. Do not waste your time!!!!!"

"Well, I ordered my item that listed as in stock because it was very cheap and affordable. Come to found out it wasn't in stock when i called a week later because he didnt give me any shipping details. Very rude and then said he just called me to inform me about it before i called, which is a lie cus i had no missed calls or anything and now i have to wait a week to get my money back on paypal at least thats what they say which means it may take longer.
STAY AWAY FROM TECHRONICS!!!

"Hi All,

I have been looking for a one stop on line tech store. Techtronics has what I want at reasonable prices and their shipping is second to none. I live in Sydney Australia and goods paid via paypal were received at my door in 6 days. E-mails are answered within hours, and they are a credit to on line shopping. Thoroughly recommend them.

"I have been a loyal customer of techronics for years now- I LOVE how user friendly their site is. They carry the top brand names in car audio, all of which are reasonably priced, and they ALWAYS ship the orders ON TIME (definitely one of the best perks about them!). They also have excellent customer service which I always appreciate!

"Ordered a cd player from techronics and recieved quickly. Everything was okay until i installed it, it didnt work properly. I had to send it back three times and they still couldnt fix it, and wouldnt refund my money. Should have paid extra and bought it from crutchfield. I will never buy anything from them again."

"Same as others stated, bait and switch company. Ordered discontinued item they supposedly had in stock received lesser value replacement. Customer service poor until PayPal dispute. Settled on item but after searching the web found cheaper at most places and FREE shipping!! Avoid at all cost!!"

"Set up order for pick up. But when I went to pick up item they required cash and could not take my credit card. They can take a credit card online but not in person. I had to find the product elsewhere. They wasted my time."

"Customer service was very helpful down to the last detail of my order. It was fully informational. I didnt have any problem ordering with Techronics. I had complications in finding the right amp and speaker for my vehicle and they helped me through it. I've been a continuous and loyal consumer of techronics. And I definitely recommend them. "Terrible order processing. Ordered a Harman Kardon receiver that was listed in stock. After a week, kept calling to find out the status of the order. Was told that the order most likely shipped, but no tracking number was available. Eventually was told that the item is not in stock."

"BEWARE!!! I purchased a Clifford RSX 3.5 Remote Start and Alarm for my truck on AUG 9th. Had no problems ordering online. Have never had problems with Techronics before with orders why would I now right?! Product arrived with in 5 days, and I opened it up. Thats when the problems began! The actual product box looked like it had been previously opened......IT HAD! I was missing my remote for the alarm. When dealing with returns they gave me the run around (that cant be, blah, blah blah0. They dont have replacement remotes to send me. I purchase another remote to go ahead with a scheduled install. Installer calls me tells me that the brain is unresponsive to programing and that the DEI tech hot line tells them the brain is bad to send it back to manufacture. Based off how they delt with me over the remote I do not look forward to dealing with them over this! So far thier CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is A JOKE! SPEND the extra Money and go to hookedontronics or sonicelectronics. But do not spend thier money here."

"BEWARE!!BAD BUSINESS!!!! BUY AS IS!!!!NEGATIVE HISTORY!! Bought bypass module for car. ended up being for another model car. returned and store refused to replace or refund item.
VIOLATED OWN RETURN POLICY.
Intentionally kept me waiting hoping that I would go away. Eventually told me that would not be able to refund or replace for this reason and that reason BLAH BLAH ETC...
AFTER COMLAINING TO BBB all of sudden want to replace of refund.
BIG WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

"Placed an order 10/24 and online transaction was flawless. However, I received a phone call stating they were unable to ship to an alternate address.

Everything was fine until now. I then asked them to hold the item so I can just come pick it up. I arrived to their location on Friday 10/31 and was told item is not in stock. Spoke with Jay and after a long conversation he said item will be coming in and for me to wait 15mins. I was short on time and asked Jay to hold it so I can pick up on Monday 11/03.

I called on Monday 11/03 to make sure item was available for me. As expected... I was told item is out of stock.

Techronics... thank you for wasting my time and gas. You have frustrated me to no end. This was a gift for a friend and now because of your lack of service I have no gift.

Good luck with this company if you do decide to shop with them. Hope you don't get the same runaround I did.
