"I ordered a sweatshirt from TeePu pic for my granddaughter. Upon receiving the sweatshirt I noticed that the printing was very clear. I wrote a less than stellar review of the product and I was contacted by their customer service. We exchanged several emails and they were consistently responsive and helpful. They definitely wanted to make things right. They did that. While I wasn’t able to get exactly what I ordered originally (things happen), this company’s customer service made everything right and has kept me as a returning customer. I have 11 grandchildren so I buy a lot of gifts!! I will definitely go to their website and shop and would recommend it to others."
"Terrible return policy and website makes it difficult for you to contact them about returning your items. I emailed them a return request, it’s now late January 2021 and still no reply. For the price I paid for three T-shirts I was expecting a great quality print, it wasn’t very good at all and looked nothing like the images on there website. The T-shirt it’s self was very poor. " I've had the displeasure of working with many terrible teams, however TeePublic has stepped up to literally exemplify what it means to be customer support. When I ordered my sweatshirt, shipping was taking longer than usual. Within the same day of emailing, I was able to get promot and professional responses from their team with nothing but assistance and not the work-arpund like some teams try and give you. When my order finally arrived and the sweatshirt didn't fit, within that same day, their support team noted that the right size was on the way at no extra coat AND that I could keep the other to give away. "I ordered an AFC Richmond t-shirt for my son (from the Ted Lasso TV series). It arrived promptly but the size was a bit small. The seller replaced the item quickly with no questions asked. The t-shirt is comfy and the graphics are very well done. The medium just ran a bit small. I'd recommend ordering a size up. I'd order from them again! "
"I ordered a couple shirts before the holidays, one was fine, the other was the wrong size (ordered a 3X, a Small was sent). I reached out to customer service via email and received a reply within an hour. They allowed me to keep or donate the erroneous shirt, and sent another. Again, the same wrong size. Went back to customer service again, received a prompt response, and another new shirt was sent out, which, when I received it, was the right size. It was a little inconvenient, but honestly, their customer service dept is one of the best I've ever dealt with. It was a pleasure doing business with them and look forward to ordering more from them in the future."
"My compliments to Teepublic for handling a problem perfectly. When the wrong product was received and I contacted Support on late on 12/12, I heard from Jenny on Sunday(!), 12/13, acknowledging the error of the wrong product shipped and promising to make it right. She assured me that the correct product would be sent, with upgraded shipping for the holiday since time was running out. Under the circumstances I couldn't ask for more. I was prepared to return the wrong order, but was told that would not be necessary. Another positive gesture from Teepublic. Bottom line: An error was made and Teepublic promptly made good on their commitment to make things right. Knowing that you are there when something goes wrong gives me the confidence to come back to Teepublic when I have a similar purchase interest in the future. "My family orders from TeePublic from time to time and it is always a great experience. When we purchased from them at the end of November (2020), one of the tees had the print askew, so I sent them a message with a photo of the misprint. I honestly wasn't sure of return policies, so wasn't sure what to expect. Customer service was amazing, and gave me the options available, which was fantastic! The reprint arrived today, and is absolutely perfect. Really quick responses as well.... now that I think about it, even the turnaround on our order was quite quick. Ordered on the 27th, and even with the reprint, everything is resolved today, December 15th.
Highly recommended! All of our shirts have held up super well from last year, my husband wearing them often, and still seem like new. I like to splurge on the better shirts because they are super soft, but even the basic shirts have been great! As a female, I feel like the better shirts fit better, but I think I am just extra *shrug*

"I had placed a second order a day after my first, asked if they could throw it in with my first to save on shipping, they couldn’t, but they did credit me shipping cost on that 2nd order. Then after waiting a few days for an order that said “delivered”, I contacted them about this, and offered to wait another day or two, as my building sometimes has issues with the mail, they immediately put in another order, so it wouldn’t be late for Christmas, luckily the original came the next day, and I was able to get them to cancel the duplicate order in time. They were nothing but helpful, and they really didn’t have to, at least with the shipping credit. I will be buying again, and again from here. "
"I ordered a hoodie sweatshirt from TeePublic last month. It arrived timely, looking good, but with one problem. I had ordered a 3xl and the shirt I received was a 2xl. I was disappointed since it was to be a gift, but I just sent a message to TeePublic explaining my dilemma. Within 30 minutes I received a message from Sandy apologizing for the error and notifying
me that she had already put in an order for the right size. She also let me know that I was not to return the first one and that I could donate it to someone who could use it. I did! In no time at all I received the replacement shirt via Fedex. My friend was thrilled to get a rather unique and well-made product.

"I've given Teepublic a whirl a few times in the past and been satisfied— the quality of the apparel I received was fantastic, and I appreciated the ease of navigating their site and tracking info when wanting to peek on the status of shipments. Unfortunately recently, one of the items I ordered ceased movement and seemed to have gotten lost in the mail, which was a complete bummer given that it was going to be a christmas present. Obviously no fault of the site itself, I guess the postal service is currently kind of a chaos tornado given the holidays and covid so it's not unheard of that something small slipped through the cracks, but got in touch with the site anyway in hopes there was anything that could be done. I'm usually very nervous with having to bug helpdesk staff of most sites, especially since I seldom expect them to get back to me. Teepublic however? Not only did they reply quickly but did so with such a nice polite efficient attitude that I couldn't help but appreciate it. While sadly the item was no longer in stock, they allowed me the option of a refund. It was so quick and painless that it definitely imprinted a good lasting impression of the place. It's certainly given me the confidence to recommend the site and purchase from them again in the future knowing such earnest solid folk are at the helm. "

"My order was shipped and received in quickly! I did receive the right sized shirts but a couple had the wrong print on them. I emailed teepublic and they fixed the problem right away. I have orders from them a few times now and they always correct any problems."
