He directly sent me another sweat without asking me the return of the wrong size one.
The Team Support is responding so fast, i never seen that before.
Concerning the sweat, the general quality is good but the print is kinda grainy, maybe to resist washing.
To resume, i'm very satisfied of the service.

"I cannot be more impressed with this company. I knew nothing about them before, but will definitely buy from them again. When I bought my t-shirt, the website hung when I clicked to purchase so I didn't know if my purchase had actually gone through or not. Not receiving a purchase email for a few hours I figured it did not go through so I purchased it 'again'. This time it worked and I immediately received the email. However within days I noticed that I was charged twice. I emailed customer service and received a very quick reply that they had noticed a duplicate order and had already cancelled and processed a refund. Wow, great! They were already on top of it. However, when the t-shirt arrived a few days later, it wasn't the color I expected and the wording was crooked on the shirt. Because the customer service rep had been so nice already, on a whim I decided to let them know my concerns with the product. I'm glad I did! I got a response the same day thanking me for the feedback and they asked me to take a picture of the t-shirt and send it them. They apologized and offered to send me a new t-shirt and I could even choose a different color. Wow again! I sent them the picture and near immediately they responded that my new t-shirt had been ordered. This was all over a weekend too. Today, the next day, it has shipped. That's great customer service and on top of that, the representatives have all been so pleasant and nice!"
"In July, I ordered a shirt and mask - since I live in Europe, I knew it was going to take a while for both items to arrive. The shirt arrived within a month, the mask, although shipped on the same day, did not. So in early September, I wrote an e-mail to customer service and asked if they could probably find out where the package was; maybe it got lost on the way. They got back to me super fast (within an hour!) and offered to ship another mask - no extra charge. They shipped it the same day, like, an hour after the e-mail exchange - as I said, super fast. They not only talk, they act quickly.
A couple of days later, the original mask arrived so I got back to customer service and offered to pay for the additional mask. After all, the first one wasn't lost after alle and the second one was already on its way so it seemed only fair to me to pay for it. However, customer service took me completely by suprise - they told me there was no need for sending the money and that I could just keep the second mask once it arrived! If I had needed proof that TeePublic's customer service was outstanding - this was it. Not only are their products awesome, they are super fast and super friendly. I've had to deal with lots of customer services over the years but TeePublic's is by far the best I've ever encountered. Truly outstanding and highly recommended."
"I am based in Tokyo, and this is my first time shopping with tee public. Despite great pricing and selection of designs, their customers service truly was timely , understanding, and personable. Ive had issues ordering from the states to Japan with other companies before, most likely due to the address forms, some packages for example have never arrived. There appeared to be an issue with my delivery with tee public, and upon reaching out, several members of the team really tried their best to make sure that my problem was fixed. Eventually they ended up remaking my order and covering the costs of the next shipment. The entire time although i communicated with several different people in the CS team each one of them were quick to respond, and very enjoyable to communicate with. I know overseas shipping can be a pain sometimes, but with the right team I have had a great experience. I am looking forward to ordering a few more shirts that I had forgotten in my first trial."
"I’ve ordered many times and always been very happy with the shirts, quality and the number of unique designs. My last order, I had four shirts sent to my son in college. Only three of the four shirts were in the package. I used the contact customer support page and heard back within a half hour via email from Jon. He was very friendly and painlessly fixed the problem by sending out the missing shirt. I highly recommend ...this site is great for the mom of a picky young adult son who is impossible to shop for. "I was excited to receive a shirt I ordered for my daughter's birthday. It was one I knew she would love. Unfortunately when it arrived it was the wrong size and color...the wrong sticker was on the shirt. I immediately wrote to TeePublic and to my happy surprise I got a response the next day. They asked me to send a picture of the wrong item including the size tag, which I did and within a week I had an exchange. I was really impressed because I had a terrible experience with another company and I thought maybe it would be the same thing. Needless to say, I was wrong. When there seemed to be an issue with the USPS and tracking the mask that seemed to have been lost along the way during transit, I contacted TeePublic and they responded immediately by sending out another mask at no charge. I received the 2nd mask they sent in a timely manner. Then a couple of days later, after 7 weeks, the first mask I ordered showed up in the mail. I notified TeePublic that the first mask I ordered finally showed up and now I have two masks! I offered to pay for the 2nd mask they had sent me at no charge and they told me not to worry about it, even though it was no fault of theirs that the USPS lost the first order for so long. "I was shopping for groomsmen gifts, and stumbled across TeePublic. I absolutely loved the variety of items they had. We all have keen sense of humor and I was able to find gifts for all them on here amongst the variety of sellers.
All of my items came within the delivery dates i was promised.
Unfortunately 2 of the coffee mugs I ordered were damaged in delivery. I contacted TeePublic immediately informing them of the faupaux, knowing it was most likely the shipping agent not them and aske for help.
Without hesitancy, they followed up with a email stating they were going to correct this issue.
Within 1 day I had a response stating they were shipping new mugs.
In the service industry myself, I can assure you that this customer service is top notch!!!"

"My original order never arrived. It got all the way to my city, but was sent back. It was probably a series of misfortunate events. At least 5 plus members of the customer service team tried to assist me. They didn't give up on me even though I gave up on them. They put me in a better mind set when dealing with my own customers. I will step it up even more. Those simple magnets are just magnets to most people, but they are sunshine and smiles to me. They are on my filing cabinet at work and I absolutely love them.
