Called for info on the shipping and Sun offered to ship USPS Express, which often arrives next day. Costs less, too.

The next day, I received the item. Hooked it up and tried it to find out it didn't work. I called TekGems for some technical support and within a few minutes Sun had identified the power supply as inadequate to support my drive. Before I even have a chance to ask what his return policy is, Sun offers to ship the more capable, top of the line model to me at no extra charge.
