"this company had the lowest price, and their web-site was very informative. I had to call them because I changed my mind about what I want to buy (actually I called twice, beacause I changed my mind twice), and each time they were very patient, and updated my order (which was immediately reflected on their web-site). The package was shipped the same day."

"They did not overcharge me on shipping, and it was superfast: they shipped my order in two hours after I placed the order, and it was delivered with USPS First Class from California to my mailbox (I live in the North East) in 35 hours! The price for the product itself was also the cheappest one I was able to find online. It came with no driver disk, manual, or cables, but that was clearly stated on the product page."

"the communication from this store was very poor: I got just one e-mail from them confirming my order. Then I sent several e-mails inquiring the status of the order (and they don't have a phone number!!!). They answered only one of them, sending me the tracking number. And it was actually on the next day after they shipped the package. So, overall, the package was processed in the timely manner, however their communication isn't so good."
