DO NOT USE TELEFLORA!!!!

"DO NOT USE TELEFLORA!!!!!!!! I purchased a Groupon for Teleflora. First, I had already been to their site and picked out the arrangement I wanted to send. The price was $45.99. Then, they added a $17.99 "service fee." So, I bought the Groupon $20 for $40. When I went to complete the transaction, the price changed and went up $15, so all I saved with a $40 Groupon that cost me $20, was $5. I felt I had picked the perfect flowers for my mother in law who just had surgery, so I went through with the order anyway.

This is where it goes from bad to worse.....they were supposed to deliver yesterday 12/8/21. Instead, I receive an email that there is a problem and I need to contact them. I do, and am told that they cannot deliver yesterday and would today be ok. I said it was fine. Today, I called to follow up that the order was good and being delivered today. I was told that they did not have a florist in the delivery area to complete my order. I said, "so were you going to let me know this or just keep my money and never deliver my order?" The lady says, she can deliver it to a different address. I told her that was absurd because she already told me that they did not have a florist in the area and my mother in law was at home recovering from a hip replacement so would only be at her residence for some time. Then, the rep said she can refund me. I did receive a confirmation email that the refund was initiated, but it may take 7-10 days to process.

In summary, Teleflora accepted my money, my order, the recipient address, etc and then when they could not fulfill the order, they just kept my money and did not notify me that they would not be delivering it. If you use a Groupon, they jack the prices up so you really are not saving anything. Now I have a Groupon I cannot use and have yet to be able to locate a customer service number to contact them about refunding it. And my mother in law is not getting any flowers....and I have spent way too much time on this for nothing.

Do NOT use Teleflora!!!

"Do NOT order from Teleflora!!!! I ordered three days ahead of when I needed them and the "progress" diagram showed they were with a florist. The day they were to be delivered, they texted me and said they couldn't be delivered. These were a VERY important present for someone out of town and there was nothing I could do for her birthday except look stupid and apologize. If they had even told me yesterday, I might could have still gotten something to her. They sent me a discount code for my next order for my troubles. Are you kidding? I would NEVER order from them again!!!!!!"

Untrustworthy

"Non delivery of flowers per contract. We ordered flowers for a funeral a full 24 hours before the service. Payment was accepted and charged to our account. A full 24 hours later notification came that florists did not deliver. No phone call, nothing, just an email (which came 24 hours post non deliver). I called customer service who said oops. Would not give me the name of the florists.
If you have something important, something that matters, like a FUNERAL, do not trust this vendor. They are untrustworthy and customer service was indifferent to the damage caused.

Did Not Deliver and Did Not say they were not delivering

"After 2 1/2 days, I had to call to check what was going on. Was told hospital was not accepting deliveries. False. I called hospital before ordering and they assured me they were accepting. Makes sense. They just received another order I had sent there. Then told the florist is making deliveries to hospital. Why wasn't I told this when I ordered? No phone calls. Nothing. I had to call and talk to Customer Service, give them the hospital number myself where they confirmed hospital does accept deliveries. After apoligies, siad they would deliver if I give the patients home address. The patient doesn't live in the city. He just went there for major surgery. His hometown does not have these arrangements and thus can't deliver. Had I been told initially, they could have foun another florist that could deliver. I had to cancel order to get a refund for the one arrangment. I was on the phone over an hour to get this matter handled. I feel they should have refunded my entire order. After all, a restaurant will not only no charge for you meal, but give you something (at least a desert you can take home) to keep you coming back. I won't be back here and would not recommend to others. "

Would give a negative Rating if I could

"I would give these deadbeat clowns zero stars if I could. I placed an order for flowers two months before Valentine's day and they decided to cancel the order on me the day of the delivery at 2pm. Absolutely, inexcusable! I am not happy, would not recommend the service and would implore anyone to avoid this service like the plague. I would say that they did offer me a more 'beautiful bouquet' for an additional $50USD (I am in Canada). I refused based solely on principle. Using this service again is like putting out a fire with gasoline - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!"

I wish I could give them ZERO star!!

"HORRIBLE experience!!!! They charged my card without delivering any flowers. I did not receive any phone calls nor emails regarding the mishap. I found out 2 days later that no flowers were delivered. When I called to follow up they simply said that the flowers were not available. I will NEVER order from them again! "

The Worst

"Ordered well in advance. Delivery date changed then never delivered. I did however receive a delivery confirmation ( 3 days after alleged delivery). The flower had never been delivered. The excuse was there were no delivery drivers. Makes me wonder who “hand delivered “ the flowers... Customer service of no help either. If I could give less then 1 star I would. "

I'd give no stars if I could

"I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a Premium Christmas centerpiece and what I got appeared to be a $20 thrown together hot mess out of a DIY "Nailed It" video. I contacted them immediately. The rep on the phone said she could offer me a 40% refund and then offered 50%. I said no way will that work. I asked for her supervisor which offered 70%. I emailed the pics over demanding either (1) a full refund, or (2) a new order be delivered from a different florist and take this one back.

I was told 70% is the best they can do..which is a joke.

Disappointed

"I ordered baby flowers for family on a Monday morning, supposed to be delivered Tues. No flowers, I called Wednesday, still no flowers. They told me Thursday. Well they showed early evening..and in the wrong baby container. Geez, you would have thought they would had call. Done with Teleflora"

Dissappointing delivery and customer service

"The picture and the text description on the ordered item on their site was very different to what was delivered. Customer service offered only 8% refund after several e-mails where they insisted on me calling them, even if I made it clear that I live outside USA. For an order in value of USD 66, I was very dissappointed with what was delivered and how the customer service handled my complaint. At least they now changed the text description and warn you about possible difference in how the arrangement may look upon delivery. This was my first and last time purchase with them, as I like to get what I see when I place an order."

Did not deliver and did not notify there was no delivery

"DO NOT order from Teleflora, I ordered flowers from Teleflora five days before Mother's Day and they did not deliver, When I called the day after Mother's Day to see what happened, they said they couldn't find a florist that could deliver in the area, I find that hard to believe in Folsom Ca. The thing I have the biggest issue with is they didn't notify me so I could make other arrangements. the customer service Rep just said sorry nothing we can do about it, I will never do business with Teleflora again"

Changing delivery date

"When I placed the order I had a set date, flowers were not delivered, received email to call the office and said me order will be delivered on the next day , 4 days latter flowers still not delivered and now it will be a full week till my order will be delivered. Not happy with this company. Call center no help at all! "

"Dont buy from this company. I paid $75 for flowers for mother day . They could not deliver and wanted to deliver a wekk after the event . their excuse that the florist is fully booked . How is that my problem and why you let book it if you are not sure you can deliver ... Very bad customer service as well .
