"This place delivered the incorrect flowers for a funeral, I requested a potted pink hydrangea and ended up receiving 3 cut pieces of white hydrangea in a small vase. It was very embarrassing and I called them immediately at which time they offered to deliver another pink potted flower that was available for the following day which did not happen. They called me to tell me the flower I was requesting was not available and I did not want to experience what I had with the first delivery so I requested this be cancelled and a full refund which I was promised would be available within 7-10 days. 14 days later I have not received a refund so I called back 2 more times and was put on hold for over 20 minutes only to be told I could have a 20% refund within the next 10 days. I demanded to speak with a supervisor who was finally put on the phone after another 10 minute hold and he informed me I could get a 50% refund, even tho the correct flowers were never delivered. They finally sent me an email showing the refund that will be applied and they will deliver a flower today and have requested it be potted and pink but they cannot make any promises. I’m hoping the flower is at least potted, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s crap that is delivered again, this company is the worst and I will never, ever use them again! Steer clear everyone! "

"I will NEVER EVER deal with this company again. I ordered a bouquet for my mother as a Valentine’s Day gift and it never arrived. Pretty disappointed, I emailed asking where the arrangement was. I got a call today asking if they could deliver the arrangement TODAY! Mind you, it the 17th!!
So already pretty ticked off, I called to request a refund and I was greeted by the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. This woman was very disrespectful. While I was explaining the situation, she cut me off with “Well fine. What’s the order number!” Even after all was resolved, not even a “sorry for the inconvenience” or even “is there anything else I could do?” I received an abrupt “k bye” and she hung up. NEVER EVER AGAIN. Horrible experience. "

"I needed to have flowers delivered same day, so after researching other sites that were able to deliver same day, I came down to two places. I chose to go to Teleflora. I wish I hadn't. I got though the online order just fine, no problems. Received the confirmation email that they got my order and it showed the delivery date I requested (same day). Over an hour later I receive a text message saying that there is an issue with my order. I called the number the text told me to and gave them the order number the text told me to give them. They didn't have record of my order. She tried looking it up two different ways and couldn't find my order. After being on the phone longer than I should have been, she finally found it. Now I am being told that they can't deliver the same day because my order was placed too late. The cut off time was 3pm. Funny, I received the confirmation email at 2:16 that my order was received. Apparently it took nearly an hour for them to decide which shop would fill the order, and by then it was 3:04. Now it's somehow my fault and now it's too late to go to the other shop I chose. Now if I want to have flowers delivered tomorrow, it will cost me more because it's a Saturday. I get that you may not be able to deliver it the same day if the order is too late, but it wasn't. The system is all automated. I should have been notified immediately (or at least within 20 minutes) that they could not fill my order as requested. I should have had plenty of time to go with another shop. Why on earth in this day and age did it take so long to route my order? Really, really not happy. I will not use this company again and will encourage others not to as well. "
"I ordered a yellow Lily bouquet with Yellow roses and some other flowers, they deliver bouquet with NO lilies , white and orange roses absolutely completely different and missing the lilies and the yellow, they could've called me to see if I still want that but they didn't bother, wish I can post photos for you to see the difference, very disappointing. They offer 20% refund which I was not happy with then they ended up refunding 50% off what I paid for DELUXE .... I will not use them again "
"What a disaster of a company!!! I placed an order on 1/10 for a bouquet for my mother's 75th birthday, to be delivered Sunday before 5 pm. Caller around 1:30 since on the site it still said at the florist to get an ETA. Were told that most of the florists are closed Sunday's and their first 3 attempts were rejected, one has finally accepted on Saturday. I was told it should still be delivered, but could not give me any kind of ETA, they called florist no response. I called 3 times with no results. Finally, at 4:05 pm I get an email the flowers were hand-delivered, call my mother, she did not get anything. About an hour later she received a call from the delivery guy that he is running later and should be there at about 5:30 pm (some surprise). By the time he got there, they already left to celebrate the birthday and did not even see the flowers until 10 pm. What a disgrace of a company!!! I want my money back."
"Never ever use this company, their business model is just trying to rip off customers. Because you are going to pay the highest amount of money to purchase a premium quality flower. But what you receive is just a cheap flower 1/5 price of worth. When you ask a refund they will give you an only a small portion of what you pay. That means they make HUGE PROFIT with ripping customers. Never ever use this company. I wish I check reviews before ordering anything from them."
"Originally I liked this website because I was able to see the difference between "standard" and "premium" and I wanted to make sure I was getting what I order. I was informed mid-day of the delivery date that they didn't have the "exact" kind of arrangement I chose. I said ok, well make sure purple is used and since I ordered a "premium" they should have some really good flowers like roses. The picture of what I chose was full of flowers and had 8 roses for premium. What what delivered had fewer than the standard amount of flowers and only 3 roses. Plus I ordered a box of chocolates. You don't get to choose what kind they send, but had I known it was going to be Whitman's (which I find to be the nastiest and cheapest kind) I wouldn't have paid an extra $10 for a box that might cost $2-$3 at a CVS store! I will never order from them again... "
"Ordered flowers. Never got an e-mail with order info. The flowers were charged and delivered. Been working with their support team, but no one can find the order. Even with the credit card. Told we must have ordered it through one of their resellers. We did not. We ordered it online. Bank statement shows Teleflora charged so odd that they can't find it. Without receipt, I can't get reimbursed through work, so I'm paying for it.
All other flowers get ordered through 1-800-FLOWERS and we've never had an issue. "
"I placed an order for flowers to be delivered 4 days in advance. When placing my order I selected the delivery date which the system accepted. The morning of the delivery I received an email stating that they were not able to deliver that day and I should choose another date. I was so upset. Had I received this notice prior I could have made other arrangements.
I contacted Telefora about the situation and along with the standard scripted apology I was told that they were offering me a discount on my next purchase. I don’t want a discount on my next purchase, this event was ruined and I spent double the amount of money to get something delivered urgently since they did not do it. I responded and shared my frustrations and told them that their offer was inconsiderate of the position they put me in and all they were doing was backing me into a corner to have to use their services again in order to get my discount for their mistake. Their response was “we’ve cancelled your order and will refund you” Umm NO… good customer service would have been to refund me and deliver my order for the inconvenience! Clearly for a company their size they have no sense of customer service. NEVER NEVER aging will I use them!

"I ordered V Day flowers for my wife a week ago for delivery on Feb 14. She received them on Feb 15. To make matters worse, the flowers were old. I purchased tulips. What I received were tulips that had already blossomed. I contacted Teleflora. They apologized and offered a 50% discount on any future order. Why would anyone reorder flowers from a company that will not make good on the first order. What a rip off this company is. "

Ordered 3 different orders on 2-11-19. One daughter received hers in Miami and they we OK. Second daughter received hers in Columbus, GA (I ordered the deluxe) and this was a joke. This was the saddest floral arrangement I have ever saw. The deluxe was extra charge but what she received looked pitiful. Third has yet to be delivered at 2:43 in the afternoon. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER THAT JUST SPENT $199.94. The pictures need to be retaken to show what really goes to the customers. I have pictures and I promise I will post all over the place. This was supposed to be a nice surprise that turned out to be ridiculous. Not to mention my elder mother has not received hers yet. Cant wait to see those. It is now 4:48 and still no flowers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. 2/15/19 got email conf. that it was delivered but it WAS NOT delivered. On hold 32 minutes right now to speak to someone.
