Was told by September 14th and I would get an email update. It’s October 26th and still my item hasn’t arrived. They have been nice on the phone…but I’m very disappointed I still don’t have my item. They had no problem charging my cc! I’m losing my patience to be himest. "
"I play pickleball and hate how quickly I go through shoes. The other shoes I've had in the past have lost the outsole very quickly as I am very hard on shoes. I've put 16 hours on them and normally have signs of tread ware by this time. They also have a toe guard right where I need them so I don't burn a hole in the top of the shoe. "
"I ordered Babalot sneakers that were on sale and advertised as in stock. They were delivered 6 Weeks later. Not a nice way to satisfy customers. When I called they told me sneakers are due to be delivered in 4 weeks. Better communication would be appreciated and when an unforeseen delay occurs, throw your customer a gift card for the inconvenience. Try to build some goodwill

"This is a great shoe for pickleball. I play competitive 4.0, up to 3 times per week and decided to get a second pair of the Adidas Solematch Controls. These are very quick and comfortable right out of the box and do not sacrifice any lateral stability. I have used Asics in the past and feel that the you can get stability but with not much comfort.
These shoes are low to the ground but still provide good cushioning throughout the forefoot and the grip pattern allows me to run and cut very aggressively.
The white/black combo looks awesome and goes with a lot of different looks. My first pair was the blue/silver colorway and those are holding up very well. These are great looking shoes and I get compliments on both.
Tennis Express had a really good sale price and the shipping was fast. No need to mess around with Amazon when you get good pricing and service like this!"
"Very disappointed, and the reason they gave was that the shoes i ordered was out of stock. They clearly messed up the orders because not only I got the wrong shoes, it was the wrong size! And the shoe box looks old and torn!
The told me they will give me discount if i opt to replace the wrong shoes but since i chose a more expensive one I need to call with my payment detais. When I called around 7:15CT it’s saying call hours is only upto 7pm CT, but in their cs emails they wrote call center hours are 7am to 9pm CT! What a waste of time!!!"
"Ordered Mizuno Men`s Wave Enforce Tour AC Tennis Shoes White and China Blue on June 13, 2023 which were advertised as in-stock and available to ship immediately. These were replacement shoes for my son who needed them for summer tournaments. Several days later was notified that they were back ordered and would be shipped when restocked. Actually forgot about the order as we ordered from a competitor who was able to overnight. Fast forward to October 4, 2023 and the shoes finally arrived. 113 days between order date and delivery. Not sure why Tennis Express thinks that I would still need the shoe nor want the shoe anymore."

If you are looking for a lighter shoe without much cushioning or support these may work for you. Nice toe box and width, just too little support for me."
"A skirt was called a "skort" on your site. Skorts have **** attached, skirts do not. I explained this to the customer service fellow with whom I spoke. He asked if I wanted to return it, but I did not. I liked the "skirt," (Lacoste,) which had no ****. He asked his manager if there was anything he could do and the answer was "No." A good company would have offered to send a pair of ****, if they even exist anymore, but this was not offered. I was dismayed and will never order from Tennis Express again, though I've ordered many times over the years. So ... Tennis Warehouse will be my "go to" site for tennis gear."
