"I love this racquet! It’s my first custom strings racquet and I love the tighter string at 50 lbs. I swing hard and it takes some of my power away. The only thing I will say is the yonex logo I got painted on my racquet strings, clumping on string intersections could have been better,probably shouldn’t have got that done anyway. But I will definitely order from tennis express again"
"I ordered the product when the order showed the delivery date was 1 to 3 days. 2 days after placing my order I received an email stating Tennis Express was ordering the product from the manufacturer and did not give me an updated due date. The product was received 7 days later."

At that point already had $46 in my “great buy” after return postage cost of drop off. Was told by Max he would talk to main supervisor and get back/never happened. THREE MORE CALLS talking with Reuben and amtold manager would be calling ‘shortly’. Today spoke with Manny in returns who either hung up or disconnected/no return. Have sent two e-mails with no response!! Requested either the shirt in correct size or just credit my account!!! Have never dealt with inconsiderate individuals who promise a return call which never happens. No more Tennis Express shoes and racquets for me—or clothing!!! "

But there were no strings even included in the order I received. That's probably what was supposed to happen, but it wasn't communicated properly as I was choosing selections while ordering."

"An order for shoes and strings was received via UPS in a satisfactory timeframe on 7-25. Upon opening the box, one of the two Wilson NXT string packages was empty, i.e., no strings. Unlike the other string packages included, this NXT package was not sealed at the top (i.e., it opens upon pushing the 2 sides together) Hence the strings must have fell out or were taken out. I sent them an email at ****@**** explaining the situation asking for advice on how to remedy the situation. Four days have passed and no response yet. Nice shoes though"
"After playing college tennis and coaching at a D1 college for awhile I never thought I'd have problems with such a reputable place as Tennis Express. Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and will never be purchasing anything ever again from them.
I ordered a case of tennis balls for $60 and in the shipping field asked it to be shipped to my new address in Florida (I moved to Florida 2 weeks ago). I paid through PayPal and for some reason Tennis Express shipped the case of tennis balls to my PayPal address (my old California address). I don't have access to that address anymore since I am now living on the other coast. When I emailed them they told me that they are required by law to ship it to the PayPal address and when I asked them to refund my money they stopped responding to me. I haven't received tennis balls and I lost my $60."
