AFTER ordering and my credit card being charged, I received an email from you stating the shoes were "out of stock and no longer available from the manufacturer." Seriously? What's wrong with your inventory system allowing the item to be ordered?
After receiving the bag and tournagrip, I noticed the bag did NOT have "additional small and large accessory pockets to store equipment and valuables securely." It merely had one large pocket to loose stuff in. It's being returned."

"I ordered on a Wednesday night and Friday afternoon I received notification that the shipment was labeled for pick up. Over 48 hours after I ordered, the package was picked up. When I contacted customer service about not shipping promptly like promised everywhere in their ads, I got no replay. The package was finally delivered 6 days after ordering with “Order Today, Shops Today” claims and 2-3 day free shipping. No response from customer service. Guess that is misleading advertising and poor to non-existent customer service. "
