The item normally takes 4 days to process at the manufacture's level but he took it to call them and ask if the item was in stock and if they could rush it out that day on Next day air. WOW!!! You don't find people willing to try to speed things up like that. Well Remy did not only try to get these items out in an hour, because it was late in the day, when it should take 4 days, he succeeded. My Boss had the items he needed the next day before noon.
Now if Remy could only call my boss and get him to ask for things 4 days earlier.

First off, you put a smile on my face and have renewed my hope for U.S. based companies. Seriously.
I’ve spent years and years living and conducting business abroad and one of the things that strikes me most when I return to the greatest country in the world … the customer service. Frankly it just ****. From corner coffee shop to big business; 95% of the people I talk with and exchange emails with feel that THEY are doing me a favor by responding and even speaking with me. It doesn’t matter if the product they sold didn’t work out of the box, coffee was cold, or almost ripped my finger off because of improper assembly.
Thank you for taking the time to respond and explain the issue with partial shipments of that particular item. It makes sense.
Lastly, thank you for offering the $15 credit. It is not necessary. You’ve earned my continued business simply with your honest and prompt reply.
You would think I’m an old guy … with my complaints and customer service this and customer service that, I’m not. I’m just a guy who wants to be treated like I treat others. It sure seems like TEquipment has the right mindset and employee’s that feel the same way.
