I told them all 3x that it was incorrect and needed to be changed back to the original, but they disregarded and sent it to an address that does not exist. Now they are telling me that since it already shipped, it is my fault and that I need to deal with it. I asked them why they changed the address to begin with, and they have yet to respond. This is a company I will never use again. I don't care if I have to pay more for a product. Consumer beware: This company does not care about you or your business at all!"

"I was looking for a replacement for a 40 year old oscilloscope. I mostly work with audio equipment, so didn't need a super bandwidth unit. I found the perfect replacement on special, and the cost was about what I paid at the time for my old oscilloscope 40 years ago. But the new one has a flat screen that is bigger, and many many more features."

"No issues. I hate the review begging that we have all been forced into. I give everyone 5 stars no matter what, even if I feel like it was a 1 star experience. Social commentary aside. This company doesn't really disappoint. Except the early generation of the R600 scale ****. Mine is falling apart, as in the plastic that the tank connector sets in has cracked and broken into several pieces. I have to hold the parts together with a pair of pliers to make it work. And the lines leak... flammable refrigerant. My other techs have newer scales, and they seem to be better."

"I sent our Sales Tax Cert the 3rd time. One time with the order and 2 more times after. It needed a date and then I placed the current date on it and had to re - send and it back dated. Also I was told it was not signed. It was signed by the Director of Accounting. I refused to have it signed again. I think the 3rd send was a bit much. Either you want it or you don't. "
